Ordered 2 -3/$10 meals and total was $22. If an item is an upgrade, you need to note this beside the entree. I got a text chicken/shrimp fajitas part of 3/$10 menu only to learn shrimp were $12! That's misleading and since it is not noted anywhere the customer should get that price. You can't just tack that on with no explanation!!!!

Everytime I try to pay it says, "Sorry we are unable to accept this method of payment. Please try again with a different card or payment method." I've used my debit card, credit card, and even gift cards. Every. Single. Time. Same response. So whenever I want to place a to-go order, I have to call and then walk in and pay for it. This app is complete trash and I refuse to order anymore to-go orders until this is fixed.
Um...what happen?!?? So this app wasn't perfect to start with, it worked fine 70% of the time - usually problems signing in and processing payment. But if i got past the glitches it was OK. Then the recent update happened. Can't sign in and even if I try to place an order as a guest, it won't add my items to my cart. Its always "loading" and then times out with an error message; try again later thing. I guess no baby back ribs for me tonight. 🥴
Two enhancements would make this app better: [1] Have an "I'm here" button that automatically notifies the restaurant that you've arrived at the curbside to go parking spot (I had to call). [2] Ability to pay for order in app with Chili's gift card. Both recent orders I made with intent to use an e-gift card for part of the payment, I couldn't do it from the app (app doesn't allow it). So when I arrived at curbside, I had to go inside to pay... That's inconvenient for both me and the staff.
It took a long time to get seated at a table and the restaurant was almost empty I ordered the foods but but they didn't bring the things that go with the service like coffee cream, straw napkins, it hard to get the waiters attention so l had to get up a few time to ask them for the things that they were supposed to give me. They also charge me for the chips & dips it's supposed to be free with the app. The food was good, but the service, very bed , I will not recommend sorry Chili's.
Did not allow me to select the lowest wait time available. I ordered using curbside at the pick up option, which ended up not being so. I had to get into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I did--adding to the poor service received--the person who finally helped me after speaking to two other individuals who did not seem able to simply look up my order and get me taken care of said that I had to pay, when I had already done so through the app. Terrible customer service: app & in person!
A while ago, the app used to be decent, as it would allow significant customizations to the order, and would immediately tell you pickup time when order was completed. Now there are less customizations and you can't even tell if the order went through. Eventually, you may get an email to pick up order, but possibly too late to pick up order when ready, and it gets cold in the mean time while you drive to restaurant to pick it up.
Full of glitches and time-out errors. Says that items are currently unavailable, when they actually are available. Says there is nothing in my cart when there are clearly 3 items in my cart. Won't allow orders to be edited. Won't put orders through if you do finally get everything into the cart. Spent 45 minutes trying to order dinner, but ultimately chose to order from McAlister's (took 5 minutes tops to order and pay for all of our food). Chili's app is worthless.
The description said you could add your name to the wait list from this app. There was no option to do that. Before we got to the restaurant, it showed the option of checking your place in line. Once actually on the wait list, all it says is on wait list, no option to check place in line. Worthless! Just a way to track your information.
When it works, the app is great.. Unfortunately the menu button prompts you to select a location and with your current location already selected, there's no other thing you can do. Click the x nothing happens, type in another location and say goodbye to the old one because it will default back to that one from now on. It simply doesn't work most of the time. Issue had gone away for a while, now it's back again. Also have to order in-store to use your store rewards, app doesn't add to cart.
