It is good, but the weakness is its membership fee, which is too far higher (7 times higher) than most of its competitors in Indonesia. If the company can make its special membership fee for members from Indonesia, I am sure it will be good news for all Indonesian members and their all Indonesian friends. So ive started using this app as a place to look at girls who may he interesed in me, although I may not have platinum its still fun. But when I get serious I will buy platinum. Thr Cupid apps actually work to a degree if you can weed out all the fake accounts.

Too many fake accounts, out of no where they suddenly asked for my id & email. Just get rid off those scammers & this app will be great. "verified user" feature is a plus for this app.

1. This dating site cannot be opend from my mobilephone 2. Their notices come to my mailbox but the Visit Sites, See All Sender Message, the Like and Profile buttons cannot be opened. If opens the notice "This site cannot be reached" appears. 3. I don't know how to change/add my photos. 4. There is no space where I can write my profiles. 5. Since I installed this dating application 5 hours ago, I havenot known where I can find th member profiles. It is just like buying products without specs.

I paid for a month subscription and it is still not allowing me to read messages. It says that I need to register but when I click to register it says I am already registered. Fix this and I will change my low rating.

When registering I have to select a town where I don't live. Their list of towns in Norway is very, very incomplete. Why not give the user the possibility to enter his town ? You are provoking fake data in your profiles by a software issue.

Just another of those apps that doesn't let you see any of the messages you receive unless you pay for a subscription, which usually means 95% of accounts are bots used to make you believe that paying in will get you a partner. Unless you plan to risk paying in, the app is worthless.

I've met real people here but the site catfishes you so that you pay for the monthly subscription they create a profile that seems almost perfect so that when he sends you message you will subscribe to read it. Edit: why should I contact again through the same chanel I sent 5 emails and shared the payment ID from Google play and nothing was done? Very lousy admin. I tried to pay with my American express card, they didn't accept it. I used my friend's visa card, which they acceoted and debited him. Tje next day, they suspended my account the payment details don't tally. They requested for a signed letter of authirisation , picture of the card and a valid passport. Which I've provided all. Yet, they are yet to unblock my acc nor refund me!! PLS I NEED A REFUND. I DON'T WANT YOUR SITE AGAIN

HORRIBLE I installed the app a few minutes ago & answered the prompts. I put my phone down for max 15 minutes and when I came back I was logged out. tried logging back in to find that my account was permanently suspended. it claimed that my account was not being used for respectful dating. I have not finished setting up my account nor did I chat with anyone. I'm glad this happened before I considered paying for a plan. I request that the developers reach out so that I can delete my pictures

Takes forever to get yourself photo verified. Platform littered with fake accounts (some even use celebrity pics). Even after you become a paid member, you still get annoying ads. Terrible app experience: when you're scrolling down to see more members, it will take you back to the top. Even though it looks like you can use their sister sites (CountrynameLoveCupid), you still need to pay for each individual sites to communicate with other free members.

No one talks, subscription or no subscription. The app has trouble connecting to their servers and messages are delayed. Each time I get an opportunity to talk the person wants to get off the app. There are a lot of scammers on the app as well. The scammers are careless enough to use the same names and photos so for now they are easy to spot but, sometimes you cannot tell if the person is legitimate or a scammer. These occasions are rare but it makes me feel that I ignored a legitimate match.
