Like so many others, before you subscribe... your getting some hits. After you subscribed, they magically go away and I haven't had one since. Aside from that, they charged me double and when you attempt to open the link to contact them, it activates my phones promuovere to share. What i would like to share is that this is a joke and a waste of time and money like so many others.

this app is very questionable. too many fake profiles. majority of profiles are not even verified. also when entering distance for matching profiles, the app does not acknowledge. I search between 20 to 30 miles from my location, and the app results list 100 miles and more. I live in a major metropolitan area and you can't convince me that there's no users within area.

Worked well, until it didn't. Disabled my account and won't tell me why. Glad I never paid for anything on this app. Logs you out almost every time you close the app. You guys are out of touch with reality. I reached out to customer support 3 times and haven't heard back in 2 months of waiting. A year and 6 attempts later. Still 🚮 They've "tried reaching out to help" but their tech support sucks and hasn't answered in regards to anything. I'd give no stars if I could.

There's always something on the app that glitches & with all the ads getting you to purchase something on the app would think it would run better. You get notified of a received message but nothing shows on your inbox. You send a message & once you send it, the message never appears in the thread so you don't know if it sent. Profiles being swipt right & in the end saying there was an error. Minor fixes need to be changed for a better experience otherwise, same basic dating app than the rest.

I really like how the app catered to the Latino/hispanic community, but the app felt weird. A bit glitchy, and I could not easily find the option to filter the potential matches. Another app that sort of limits you if you don't pay for a subscription. The main reason I am deleting, however, is that there are limited people in my area using the app. I plan to meet up with people as I meet them online, so long distance is not going to work for me.

There are definitely some bugs to be worked out. First, when I first made my account and accidentally logged out, I could not log myself back in until I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Second, I got my first two matches immediately at the same time from a notification tab. When I went to the Chispa app to taken a look, they were both gone and did not appear under matches.

Setup makes it way too easy to block people or remove them from your matches accidentally. Doesn't let you choose a range for location so you find someone who might be 500 miles away. It leads you to believe you have likes so you can buy a subscription, then all the "likes" disappear and you never find out who they were. Customer service doesn't respond to messages/emails. Horrible app.

App is trash and pricey for very few options they give you. They want you to pay bumble prices but the filters dint work well, there is no teleport to other locations, I traveled outside the American continent and you can't use it. So, basically they ask for more when giving you very few options. I paid for a subscription and canceled it and I couldn't use it at all. And no refunds. So, done deal.

Stay away from this app. Even after I purchased the membership. I still didn't get any matches. I noticed the only time you get matches is if you buy boosts, and send notes that cost 3.99 and you also have to buy super chispas. That's when I noticed matches coming in after spending over $50. This app is not worth downloading. Not unless you have money to throw away. I'm sticking with Bumble or POF, there methods are different and you won't have to spend so much just to get matches.

The app has a glitch. When using my phone number to log in/sign up, It did not let me get past setting it up after "My Name Is _______". The Continue Button is non-functional. No error prompts. Simply nothing happens. After trying to spell my name in different ways, I eventually gave up. I then tried logging in through Facebook. This worked. However, the options to swipe never loaded...just stood there loading forever. Waited about thirty minutes and it finally loaded. I then realized that you can only upload one pic of yourself and view only one pic per person. How lame is that?

Account banned for no reason on the same day I created the account . Paid 29.99 for 1 month. No refund, no explanation why It was disabled. Emailed several times no answers. Definitely a scam!!! So, this is the automated response I get? My account was disabled! What kind of Ai response is that, to the issue I'm having. I paid 29.99, used my account for 10 mins, and did nothing other than swipe left and right. I've reached out to your company several times!!! Like I said this app is a scam!

Deleted after a week. Got 3 matches. It's not an issue about that, but half of the cards are pushing their IG/SC for pay for sex services. The profile has glitches when uploading a pic, and can't really write it the bio in just the one line. The other big issue is that you set a limit for the distance and you keep getting 100+ miles options. Makes no sense and it's super annoying. If there arent that many users in the area(I'm in NYC, so I doubt it) then just don't show them.

Maybe I lost too many brain cells from working in COVID units at the clinic. But how the heck is this app supposed to work? I set up my profile, done. However I can't send messages to anyone or see any matches until I pay for the monthly subscription??? Free app whatever. Seems like I can't do anything on it. Also it doesn't list people's location just that they are like 90 miles away...guess no one nearby me is on this app. I don't blame them. I'll give it another day on my phone.

For a free app, it's ok. However your algorithm needs a ton of work. Your "expert picks" are all over 100 miles away from me, on top of that, how are you even deciding who that is when all of these profiles have zero detail. My recommendation, check out bumble and hinge's interface, copy that and this app would be golden. I should at least be able to use your bare bones preferences in this free version. Also add profile verification, there's too many fakes.

Signed in, spent the time to create an account (couldn't load all pictures at once - I had to do them all one by one by one -_-) and then send a few likes to get started. THE VERY NEXT day, not even 12 hours later I'm unable to sign in at all. The "contact us" that they have available allows you to put in your issue saying they'll get back to you, but its just an automated message that literally answered 0. I think they just want (uninstall/reinstall) "download" number spoofing to make look good

Horrible app. Even with the paid subscription, the filters don't work. If you left swipe on someone, they will reappear on your potential matches the next day. I had my settings set to seeking woman only & men would appear in my potential matches. You would think the settings would at least work on the paid version. Would not recommend.

Worst support. I subscribed for premium, payment was deducted immediately, but the membership wasn't applied to my Chispa account. They have no contact details. I tried to get help on the app itself. For every message I send, I only get an automated general response from the system. No technical support, no refund, nothing at all. I don't recommend subscription.

I know what's going on with the app, but the last 2 days have been bad. my screen for swiping flickers so badly that I have to press repeatedly just to get something else to happen. Like, going to my profile or seeing if I got likes. Forget trying to like or dislike anyone. I can no longer do that. I also don't feel like tapping 30 times fast just to get to my profile page. Please fix your app. 7/17/25: Now, when I use your app, I try and set with 30 miles of me, I'm getting folks 300+ away!😡

This app sucks, you're placed in a position to have to buy a subscription, but receive no matches until it runs out. Once you run out you get 10 plus only thing is you can't see them because you need a subscription. On top of that no matter what is picked as distance preference you'll only receive people that are 100+ miles away. Most people do not want to do long distance so you're stuck with nothing. Don't recommend using this app at all.

Decent app, very much dislike that if you swipe no for someone and they swiped for you, they do not fall off your likes, so when you do subscribe, it's just a list of people you may have said no to. Definitely bots to fill up likes. I also don't like that you can block people and they reset back so you have to block them or dislike them again (my ex) The notifications are super obnoxious too. They need to be able to be filtered. I only want message and match notifications. Also, fix distances.
