Like so many others, before you subscribe... your getting some hits. After you subscribed, they magically go away and I haven't had one since. Aside from that, they charged me double and when you attempt to open the link to contact them, it activates my phones promuovere to share. What i would like to share is that this is a joke and a waste of time and money like so many others.

this app is very questionable. too many fake profiles. majority of profiles are not even verified. also when entering distance for matching profiles, the app does not acknowledge. I search between 20 to 30 miles from my location, and the app results list 100 miles and more. I live in a major metropolitan area and you can't convince me that there's no users within area.

Worked well, until it didn't. Disabled my account and won't tell me why. Glad I never paid for anything on this app. Logs you out almost every time you close the app. You guys are out of touch with reality. I reached out to customer support 3 times and haven't heard back in 2 months of waiting. A year and 6 attempts later. Still 🚮 They've "tried reaching out to help" but their tech support sucks and hasn't answered in regards to anything. I'd give no stars if I could.

There's always something on the app that glitches & with all the ads getting you to purchase something on the app would think it would run better. You get notified of a received message but nothing shows on your inbox. You send a message & once you send it, the message never appears in the thread so you don't know if it sent. Profiles being swipt right & in the end saying there was an error. Minor fixes need to be changed for a better experience otherwise, same basic dating app than the rest.

I really like how the app catered to the Latino/hispanic community, but the app felt weird. A bit glitchy, and I could not easily find the option to filter the potential matches. Another app that sort of limits you if you don't pay for a subscription. The main reason I am deleting, however, is that there are limited people in my area using the app. I plan to meet up with people as I meet them online, so long distance is not going to work for me.

There are definitely some bugs to be worked out. First, when I first made my account and accidentally logged out, I could not log myself back in until I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Second, I got my first two matches immediately at the same time from a notification tab. When I went to the Chispa app to taken a look, they were both gone and did not appear under matches.

Setup makes it way too easy to block people or remove them from your matches accidentally. Doesn't let you choose a range for location so you find someone who might be 500 miles away. It leads you to believe you have likes so you can buy a subscription, then all the "likes" disappear and you never find out who they were. Customer service doesn't respond to messages/emails. Horrible app.

App is trash and pricey for very few options they give you. They want you to pay bumble prices but the filters dint work well, there is no teleport to other locations, I traveled outside the American continent and you can't use it. So, basically they ask for more when giving you very few options. I paid for a subscription and canceled it and I couldn't use it at all. And no refunds. So, done deal.

Stay away from this app. Even after I purchased the membership. I still didn't get any matches. I noticed the only time you get matches is if you buy boosts, and send notes that cost 3.99 and you also have to buy super chispas. That's when I noticed matches coming in after spending over $50. This app is not worth downloading. Not unless you have money to throw away. I'm sticking with Bumble or POF, there methods are different and you won't have to spend so much just to get matches.

The app has a glitch. When using my phone number to log in/sign up, It did not let me get past setting it up after "My Name Is _______". The Continue Button is non-functional. No error prompts. Simply nothing happens. After trying to spell my name in different ways, I eventually gave up. I then tried logging in through Facebook. This worked. However, the options to swipe never loaded...just stood there loading forever. Waited about thirty minutes and it finally loaded. I then realized that you can only upload one pic of yourself and view only one pic per person. How lame is that?
