I downloaded the app and paid for the year but now it keeps going back to the screen for me to pay again. Tried contacting them on numerous occasions and still nothing

choose the ukelele option on start up, but the lessons all refer to 6 string guitar. so absolutely useless and after paying subscription. do not buy this rubbish.

Stuck behind a pay wall. Why would I pay when I have no clue what it offers. At least do a free song or a trial. Pointless waste of time installing then deleting.

Useless. It is slow. You cannot transpose songs. Its answer is to use a capo. I dont want a capo. I am better than that. Just bought it today and I would love a refund.

wanted me to sign up before trying. no way to contact them to say the app is unsatisfactory. support ema address goes nowhere. RIP off too basic. suitable only for very young children beginning to play.

not good, should have read reviews first. I paid for the year, when I choose LEARN and then select a chord, I get nothing but a blank screen. I have tried multiple devices. wasted my money

doesn't work as described. very misleading when it does work and then freezes up and have to restart. Just want a refund but still haven't heard back from anyone.

Do not buy this app, it freezes and does not run properly. when I complained and asked for my money back, within their terms and conditions, my email has been ignored. I repeat do not buy this app

This app will not run on my iPad, where can I get technical support? I have sent email 2 times. i have purchased a subscription that is unusable! very unhappy customer.

terrible app. great for a true beginner to learn fingering. that's about it. no strumming patterns or finger picking or any other lessons that I can find which what I needed. im not impressed

It scrolls out of time. Music and scrolling don't sync. You can play it perfectly and says its wrong. Terrible app. Waste of money.

Not explaining directly the chords, and arpegious, takes to much to go through a melody. Not showing the fingers on the fretboard when the song is playing.

very poor performance. in learning stage left and right hand video hang up again and again(first part) I cancel the subscription sorry but not familiar with mobile also A major , u can play only with one position of fingers but u can play multiple ways at different positions

This is a non working app. I downloaded it today after paying for a year. The screen goes blank. after you press a chord to learn. Please fix this or give me a refund. I tried multiple times with different songs, and the screen continues to go blank.

wish I would have read the comments before purchasing a year subscription. The constant repetition of how to play a chord I already know is maddening. I have asked to cancel my subscription asap. They gave an email address for cancelation that is invalid and don't respond on their Facebook page

as of now this an app you should avoid. After paying for a one year subscription I was not satisfied with the app. it is very glitchy. I've contacted customer support for a cancelation and refund within the 14 day time period per terms of service and they are ignoring me. Don't waste your time or money as it seems they will not return it according to the terms of service. Very disappointed

This is a complete waste of time. It's very difficult to use. I just want to play and this app wants to teach. I was suckered into purchasing a year of useless options. I found it very unfriendly to use. What a waste of time. I don't know how to get my money back. Giving one star is being complimentary. Uninatalled after 10 frustrating minutes. DO NOT PURCHASE. Very poor customer service

app is terrible to play through with, doesn't allow you skip chords which I already know. After spending 20 minutes having to go through each step, the end song doesn't play, seems to stop randomly after every other chord prompting me to have to hit the restart button, then cancel otherwise it just freezes. wouldn't recommend purchasing.

you get what you pay for. I wouldnt recommend wish I had my 40 back. can learn cords of songs in order but the app doesnt teach strumming patterns. misrepresented by saying can teach every song but can't transpose certain songs. library didnt impress me at a glance neither tbh. wouldnt recommend.

can't get apps to not glitch out. didn't offer a free trial either so I paid for a not working app. I give it 2 stars only cause I like the way it would work if it did. but it glitches out on my first cord to learn and will freeze up. no matter how many times I restart the app or change my "first" song I can't even learn the first cord. please help with this cause I can't find a customer help either for this issue. I would like my money back and or fix the problem
