Crazy how this app doesn't show price for food in its menu. I'm trying to book a birthday party but it leaves me with no type of idea as to what my spending will be so I can budget accordingly. I know its set up like this intentionally since food is overpriced, but they loosing business because of this.

Everything they promote for party is the cheapest stuff and you have to throw it away after you leave. The stuff is so cheaply made you can't use it or it breaks right away.
The app doesn't work. I'm trying to buy the 8 weeks of fun. Then, when trying to buy, it takes me to the app store because that's the only way to purchase it. But I'm already in the darn app. It stays in a loop. Click buy, app store, open app again, and the cycle continues. I can't purchase anything.
Love how you get 500 tickets just for signing up. And all of the special deals they offer through the app. I love the way they do it now. You buy a wristband and have a time limit. Such as an hour. And play as much as you want within that time. You don't have to handle any tokens or tickets. And you can put money into the prizes if you don't have enough.
Glitches. Installed, used sign in with Facebook. I don't have an invite code and there is no Back or Cancel button. Had to Uninstall then install to get back to sign up. Attempted to Sign Up, but the birthdate scroller returns to January. It won't stay on any other month selected, but it just returns to January. Uninstalled it and will just check out the website.
I come here once a week, I down loaded the app. So I could scan my receipts and redeem the free items I earn, but they are not free, I redeemed the unicorn churros for my son to try. And it took 50 points from me and to get those points back I'm gonna have to spend 50 dollars. So how am i earning free things in this app? It's not free you end up paying double or triple for a 5 dollar item. This isn't a good way to keep customers.
Complete waste of time. Trying to order through the app. There is no option to enter a Table Number, but the app has a pop-up alerting me that I haven't specified a Table. I wasnt able to Scan my Credit Card either. Much more of a hassle than a convenience. Ended up ordering at the Register.
They couldn't have done anything greater than creating this app. I enjoy all the Spectacular coupons and free gifts. Controlling by the app gives you points when you scan your receipt from the purchases that you have made inside inside in the purchase that you have made on the app. I enjoy it due to the fact that my sister is autistic and I bring 3 other kids with me all the time then sometimes I have a I've up to 6 kids with me and it's just more easier for me to order my food & purchase
Booking a birthday party and sending invitations takes forever because there's no back button. So do not navigate to any of the policies to figure out what they say. Don't click on other options or outside links for invitations because they may lead to a deadend and they may not have a back button. Thus, you won't be able to go back to the page in which you were working. When you hit the back button on your phone, the app will just send you to the redeem points page.
Not getting what we are suppose to when trying to redeem..then it is taken from our rewards but facility will not honor & then will get a message redeemed or expired. Has happened several times..when spending a lot of money only to get knocked out of points or our rewards is riduculous..what is the point of having the app..the points should last at least 6 months..Everyone can not afford to go to chuck e cheese every couple of weeks..the staff at each facility should be trained correctly on app!
they need to update the machines.. they are so outdated worn. they have it on cards to play electronics.. they don't give you the tickets for prizes anymore.. they need to get rid of the new show and bring back the old show. it's definitely dated and needs. a lot more games.. !!! the place is definitely not the same experience was I was Little growing up.. the machines are half broken.. machines won't play.not worth my time anymore ☹️ please update establishment!!!!!!! This app is nothing of what it use to be. I use to show very clear your rewards and now I cant even see my fun pads like I use to. I use love the way it use to be. Simple and easy. Now I dont even trust buying another fun pass again. Because the second time was a nightmare. the employees had a hard time with it. I rather just not go at all now.
The app itself is good, however the wording is terrible. When you unlock items to redeem it makes you think that you have all of those items when in fact you just have access to those and the points that you have accumulated will then be used to redeem them. So you don't have as many as you think. If they just made the wording clearer it would be better.
Super Awesome , Gold Pass is definitely the way to go. Would of spent the same amount of money and can still take my son and nephews every week. With 120 minute play time plus massive bonus to get tickets... easiest is to split time between kids & lots & lots of fun if they want to play at the same time 🥰 2 hours last forever plus you can pause to eat !!! I loved it.
The app needs to let the user know that there will be a waiting period between sign up and actively using the app. Kiosks inside the building will not recognize any new members and receipts are not recognized by the system, $50 of play time paid for and I can't add it to my account because they don't include that information from the automated kiosk, compared to going to an actual person that will provide the "correct receipt" , but cannot assist with any issues on app.
Took me 20 minutes to log in to my account due to an error with the system just to find out the "coupons" are the same "deals" available at the register. One "large" 14 inch pizza, 4 cheese sticks, and 2 drinks with one 30 minute card was $60 with their deal. It's been over a year since we came here and it will likely be more if we ever come back.
This App doesn't work (or it works sporadically). I just scanned my $111 dollar reciept and I got the message saying that I received 111 points. But as soon as I closed the message I saw that my points were unchanged and I had the same number of points as before. So I tried scanning it again and I got the message: "Oops! You cannot use the same reciept more than once." The store staff were not able to help me.
It's almost unusable. The pop-ups are so large that you can hardly see any information on the phone screen. They do understand this is an app for a phone, right? Between the ad for a special deal at the top (that doesn't apply to what I want). And the ACCEPT ALL OUR COOKIES taking up almost 3/4 th of the bottom, you get a sliver of the actual page. Want to know more about the data gathering cookies? Well, you can't, because both things will continue to be at the top and bottom.
They offer incentives to download app but it's a lie! They don't upload the incentives until way later, then actually put a time limit on the incentive trying to get you to return within a couple of weeks. I complained to management and had my discount taken off at the register because the website promised $10 off play for downloading the app and the app didn't show the discount. (I just checked, now 4 days later, and the discount is finally on the app.)
This app used to be great, now I scan my receipts and you barely get anything for it. I don't see my points added up. I don't see any offers to use once I spend whatever amount. I had this app prior to the updates and it used to be so much better. Now it feels like there's no point in even scanning anything at all. Yeah they have coupons, but anyone can just go online to their site and find that. There's no point in installing an app now.
