Can't read conversations. If I open a conversation in a group... after a random interval between 1 second and 30 seconds... the app literally just reboots itself, shows the homepage. If I clicked a notification to go to a conversation, the app will infinitely loop this: Open conversation, refresh back to homepage, automatically switch back to the conversation (like the notification was clicked again), then loop this over and over. The August 16th update broke something horribly. Pixel 7 Pro.

Update: after the app update, it reloads the chat several times, popping messages over & over, without the ability to see previous messages...? | Nowhere to choose your privacy, everyone has your info and no way to opt out of emails. Furthermore in chat, the app chooses to randomly select phrases you wrote, and hide/delete them when posting. I can't figure out if this is when certain symbols are used for emphasis, but that's really unprofessional!! Makes for an incomplete message

NOT IMPRESSED! A 2.5. It's NOT intuitive; it's NOT user friendly & has limited functionality. Options are hidden! I DON'T WANT TO PLAY HIDE & GO SEEK! SHOCKED to see that there is no password for GIVING!!! Without a Security Code for GIVING, I won't be giving! I thought that I could download this app to my laptop, but I guess NOT. If I could, then I would give from there. Took too long to find out how to log out & back in. No password. A code is sent via a text! Convenient for a thief!

it kicked me out of the app. I'm not receiving the codes to access my church profile. I've tried email and phone. changing notifications preferences. deleting and installing again. turning my phone on and off again. I connected with my church and all my information is correct. I was not able to open messages, I couldn't read full messages, and I couldn't respond to messages. I'm not satisfied with this app currently. I'll try again in a few days, in hope that it resolves with my review.

The purpose behind this app is great, but I find it to be cumbersome to use. I am in multiple groups and receive many messages throughout the day. Opening and responding to these messages could be a full time job in and of itself as it takes forever for every step to load. I constantly get a "reconecting' bar across the top of my screen. I usually give up and leave the messages unread because it becomes frustrating.

Surely I love this App and all it allows me to do with my church. I have a current issue that I'm writing and hoping can be resolved. I am not able to log-in there is continually an error to log me in. I recently switched to a new phone, and so thinking that is the issue I factory reset my old one, delete the app and it's data on the new one, uninstall and reinstall and nothing seems works. So unfortunately, I'm unable to log in.

Edit: Things have gotten worse. I thought maybe it was my old phone having troubles. Got a new phone, same problems, plus the lag on this app has gotten worse. I am struggling to get it to upload photos, bring up new messages, and click buttons. Please, make this app better! The new update is horrible. Slow loading, chats disapearing and then reappearing, getting notifications,and then not taking me to what was mentioned. The only good change is I can see who has reacted to comments now.

I really appreciate how there are so many elements in the one app, but the only thing that I think it's missing is a way to search the chats. I know there's a message from a couple months ago with some helpful information, but I'm not sure which group it was from and I can't seem to scroll far enough to find it without spending hours searching, so I end up sending out a new message requesting the info. It would be so helpful to have a keyword search of all my chats.

It has a lot of features that are useful for a congregation. I do wish that some of the user preferences were more intuitive. I almost left a group that I had been added to which was blowing up my phone before I figured out that control of individual group notifications are hidden in the settings cog. This and a few other features would be a simple thing to add to the UI to make it more friendly to members who are more casual users since some might just uninstall the app from annoyance.

I've had to delete and reinstall this app multiple times and still when I try to register for an event it locks up and flashes back and forth between screens. I have to log in on my computer to register for things at my church. The app is great when it works but when it doesn't it's worse than nothing! Even reinstalling it isn't solving the problem now!
