Absolutely unusable. Same issues as everyone else, unable to order through app, tells me i have to be over 13 when birthday in app is over 30 and you have to either type in the exact store zip code or enable location services (it won't show a location otherwise). You'd think after all these months of requesting more info from 1 star reviews they would have figured something out to get it to work.

This App is horrible. It is unable to locate stores via GPS rendering it unusable when trying to place orders. When you find a location, the hours are inaccurate and caused me to drive to the location only to realize they were closed. The location list does not contain all locations. This app should have never been deployed. Not ready for prime time.

The app is completely horrible. It asks which location when you are trying to make an order with even after you've already selected a location to order from. The keyboard constantly pops up over the field, so you don't know what exactly you're typing. Legitimately bad enough that I chose not to go get food from here because of how frustrating the app is to use. Hard to believe a company of this size either can't or won't pay enough to make a working, user-friendly app.

App would have gotten 5 stars, here's the demotions. - 1 Star: Changing a pickup location is a bit odd, other apps do it better. - 1 Star: When you order, be sure the location is correct. I almost messed up my first order because the app changed the pickup location and time before paying. The app was overall not bad, but gets 3 stars because of the oddities listed above. However, the actual ordering of food is quite nice. Just be sure to select and double check your order location.

I can't order. The app can't detect that my location is on (permissions are on). I can't manually find my location because Oklahoma doesn't even show up. If online ordering isn't available for my state why advertise that it is? Why waste my time? What's the point in having an app if it just redirects you to the company's website? Upon finding coupons you can't even let your phone lock or leave the app or else you'll have to load the page and search for your state's coupons again. Waste of time

This app looks nice, but its functions aren't too good. Like many other users, I couldn't choose a location near me because it just wouldn't show up in the search. I also tried to look at the menu items after giving up on choosing a location, but I couldn't even do that. It also kept signing me out, and I had to keep logging back in. Hopefully the app gets better soon, so more people can use it.

App asks for my credit card info but won't let me place my order. I'm stuck in an endless loop of entering my CC info. Terrible. Edit (3/28/2021) - I tired the app again. This time, I never even got to the payment part. The app would let me log in but it then treated me as though I was not logged in. I give up. I'll just order in person.

This is a terrible app. I choose a location, click the Order Now button and it sends me right back to a page that asks what location I want to order from. It's an endless loop, just like most others have described. Please don't ask me to contact you for assistance. Just fix the app so that it works without assistance, just like most other food apps do.

Had app for a long time, but hadn't used. Placed order, but it wouldn't take my credit card. Went to store, wouldn't give me the app prices for order. Re-ordered, paid with same card rejected on app. Higher price, of course. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, nowhere to create account appeared. Church's is losing a regular customer. I'm very disappointed, but you obviously don't want my business anymore.

Not only is the app hard to navigate (it takes 3 links and full page loads to even start an order) and basically just a crappy browser front end on an already weak website, but I was never actually able to submit my order. Even a guest checkout returned an invalid login response. Also, do not switch apps in the middle of an order. It will return to the landing page and you have to start over. I finally gave up and went elsewhere. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Can't placed the order online. I managed to search the restaurant that I would like to place an order but it doesn't allow me to move on to next step, I tried to click/tap the location I want. The app just do nothing. It isn't freeze up, I still can slide up and down at the location page.. I just can't move on from there to make my order online.

Updated: even after an app update it is still completely useless. Can't order at any location nearby. Can't view the menu. Can't view deals. Don't send a worthless canned apology. Just make this app do ANYTHING. Totally useless app! What is the point of an app if you can't look at a menu, order food, use coupons or anything? All stores in a 20mi radius say online ordering not available. Church's needs to fire Relevant and hire an app developer that can make an app that works even partially.

Several issues. First, it says my phone number is in use when I try to set up an account. They don't use the number for 2FA so anyone can use any number to stay anon. When I used my wife's number, I was able to set up an account but the app hard crashed each time I trid to pay with a credit card. These crashes closed the app completely and forced me to re-enter the entire order. I gave up after 3 attempts and just uninstalled it.

The whole point of using the app is for convenience and to make the experience quicker. I made my order, it didn't allow for me to put in any customizations, then when I got to the restaurant I was told I had to come inside to get the food I paid for. Once inside I still had to wait in a line with the people ordering in person and wait another 15mins for my order. And, dont let me get started on the food. I thought the addition of the app meant you all were doing better. I was wrong.

I gave it a chance despite reading the other reviews, and it was a mistake. I couldn't place an order even though I favourited a location. It keeps saying that no locations are found. The promotions that they offer aren't worth it, and you can't even redeem coupons with the app-it still tells you to go print them. Save your time and print the coupons you find online or use the coupons you get in the mail. This is really a shame since I love church's chicken. Please take a lesson from other apps.

This app does not work or at least it doesn't work if you want to pick up the order yourself without using a delivery service, i.e. Uber. After you set your favorite store, it asks you what store you want to order from. "Pick up" isn't one of the options and it seems to not know there are any locations in the state of Michigan due to the "no stores in your location" error. If you click one of the delivery service buttons it will let you order, however, after you add an order to your cart, it doesn't let you make any changes or even delete it.

app is dysfunctional. It's so frustrating that I'm here to uninstall it. notifications are senseless, and the pop-up on the app at random makes ordering very complicated. constantly logs you out & doesn't recognize your password. my password is the same for all food apps and has never changed. then when you try to reset it, you get an annoying notification that the reset link has expired. The app doesn't even offer all the food options that the restaurant has, going in person from now on.

First time user. Just installed, it pulls up immediately the location I want. But when I go to order, it says my location permissions are denied. But they're not. They're enabled. Double checked the settings and everything. Just goes round and round and unable to order anything. Just read other reviews. Looks like this is an ongoing issue. Wish I'd seen it sooner and saved the last 5 minutes of my life.

The app would not let me check-out. So minutes after downloading the app, I am deleting it. Edit to add: I was trying to order from the Troy, AL location. When I was trying to checkout and pay, it kept telling me invalid basket. I looked to see if there were somewhere to add my debit card first, thinking that may solve it by already having a card on file. But there wasn't an option to do that. So I was never able to complete my order through the app.

Has to be the worst app for a fast food restaurant EVER. You can't even order! It will ask to select a location and show you a list, but you can't click on anything! And you can't move forward without selecting a location. Would give zero stars if I could because it can't even do what it is meant for. No menu to view either. You can only see locations, current specials at the top, and that's it.
