When I go to the app, it says it needs an update.But when I go to the play store it, there's no option to update.

The old app allowed you to use your purchases towards free buffets. This app offers no rewards or incentives and the food keeps getting more expensive. This merely offers the convenience of ordering online.

They awfully slow..never have any dough ready...tell you to come back in 10 minutes...40 minutes later when you return, still no dough... they're very nice..but either poorly managed or severely understaffed...either way makes for a longer, less than impressive "fast food" experience.

Fix the app and the ordering process.i ordered yesterday,transaction went through and everything but when my girl went to pick it up,they couldn't find it and I had to get on the phone for 15 minutes while I'm at work to get it fix.she spent another 20mns waiting on top of it.DO BETTER

app is unusable when I open the app it just says this version is no longer supported takes you to the play store and doesn't allow any updates will be permanently uninstalling due to inoperable application

You know an apps quality when opened it states you need to update when there is no update to install, thus locking you out of the app forever.

I don't understand why there was a decision to change the app when it worked so well for such a long time. Especially getting rid of the reward system. Definitely a huge step backwards. Not to mention my account was completely deleted and I had to create a new one. Total waste of time.

Brooksville Florida location is the best by far. The managers are awesome. They know what they are doing when hiring a great staff. This place might not be the biggest Cicis, but it's the best Cicis. They treat you like family. I feel so welcome when I'm there. Everything is in perfect shape. The whole serving area is so clean and always refilled and ready to eat. Brooksville has the perfect well-oiled machine. All thanks to a well trained staff. I don't work there or own the place. Impressed

The whole reason I had the app to begin with was for the free buffets after so many visits.. Very disappointed the reward incentives are gone. I definitely miss the old app, it was easy to use if you were ordering online, and the reward system was awesome. Biggest downgrade an app has ever received. 👎👎

There's a huge delay when logging in. It recognized my olo account but for over 10 minutes delayed me being able to sign in and it seems like every time you want to use the app you're going to have to go through the same process, which is going to make using the app in-store impossible.

app isn't the best. I like the pizza, but the app isn't the greatest. sizing doesn't always work.

very bad cannot download the app the receipt you can hardly see it and a manager at CiCi's will not do anything about it could not make it there was not enough Inc to even see how much I paid for itself very bad service at the street on 66th Street plus I have been complaining about the restroom smells like a urinal hole it would be that good to have the owner reprimanded for this somehow

My $157 order was already running 30 min late, then marked as delivered, but was NOT delivered. There is no way to contact customer service through the app and the CiCi's location refused to help, refund or reissue the order. They said that the app is not theirs and is not affiliated with CiCi's Pizza, even though it's literally THE CiCi's app! I had to dispute the charge through my bank. I will not be ordering through here again.

Can't see the fields when entering my sign up info and can't scroll down to hit submit, so I guess I'm not signing up.

Does not work. The app does not "read" the QR code from the receipt, and scanning directly does not work either.

This app is terrible. Every time I try to pay, it says my payment is declined on 3 different cards, all with plenty of money. Why have an app if you still have to call and place an order.
