When I cast a movie it doesn't show the captions and I would have to try to guess what theyre saying. Please add captions. And also I don't like the fact they only give us 3 free trials. Would give a better review if they put captions and remove the trials.

Then quickly changed to only "SCROLLING" 《《 or 》》 which I could work with but the last 2 weeks ii can NOT do anything but cast whatever I'm watchin. So if something happens end the show cuts off for the Wi-Fi goes out I can't recast it and scroll to where I was cut off at so I have to start all the way from START. NO GOOD
I really don't want to rate this app yet. As soon as I purchased a year's subscription. I was able to watch one movie then all of a sudden I keep getting prompted to put in a video playback address. I don't even know where to find a playback address. It's says that it supposed to auto fill that part.
Update: I got resolved with far too much effort put forth on my end. Customer service is very lacking. The casting service constantly lags, so it's essentially unusable. Getting rid of ads and casting were the primary reasons for purchasing premium. Still disappointed. Paid the annual fee twice for two devices but only have 1 working device.
Bring back the onscreen remote. When i cast to my tv, I usually had an on-screen remote that made scrolling through the videos very easy. Now, it is no longer available, and it really makes things hard. You can only scroll from your tv, and it is really slow. So if you wanted to return to where you left off, it takes too long.
Loved it so much i was finally able to use an old phone for casting to my Roku TV. Wide selection of NEW AND UNRELEASED MOVIES AND SHOWS. It was so awesome at first i did not mind having to use a second app for selecting my choice of film or shows. At first i was only able to cast to my TV three times in one day AKA 24 hour. However after a few users I am no longer able to use the app it is requesting put me to sign up and offered not no promos i was not aware this would happen so disappointed.
After the first time I used, it was ok, but then after that, it stopped working, you have to pay for it on the app. What I read said, it was free on that, soon I downloaded it, and it's not working, it will pause in the middle when I play, it would do this and that, and all that will freeze up your cut off I will not recommend you to download this app.
I paid a year subscription to have ads removed from my movie app and Cine Toolkit appeared. However the ads remain. I am being shown an error notice informing me that my subscription can't be changed. For what purposes I don't know. But if that was the case, my attempt to purchase should have been flagged instead of taking my money. So disappointed.
Very poor app they are using it doesn't connect to my tv. Roku. Don't know why I asked multiple times to fix. Been about 2 months and had paid for the service and still nothing. I believe they should have just stayed with the original caster app.would be a 5 star app if they fixed the problems especially if we are paying for the service.
I paid for the premium version before realizing that this app doesn't work for Roku TVs. I use it for Merriciya and when I try to use it to cast movies to my Roku TV, it says that it succeeded, but for some reason, my television doesn't recognize it. It goes to a screen that says Play with Roku or something like that, and then just snaps back to the Home Screen after. There is no option to cast with the Caster App.
What's the point of paying 8 bucks a month for the family plan when my family can't even use it too!! Ridiculous!! UPDATE- this app is useless. I cannot connected to any of my devices. None of them show up as a selection. To hongkongwhitewhale, I've sent multiple in app troubleshooting help. Not a single person's ever contacted me. Then to make matters better the zefic app changes with no one knowing.
I paid twice 5.00 each time and did not get the premium either time I kept pressing restore and nothing happened so they have stolen $10.00 from me
i got the entry thing for a year for 0.99$ (for venabox max) back in December 2024 and thought it was weird that about only a month later (of not using the app) i went back on and it asked me to pay for the monthly again now i was thinking to myself there is no way a yearly plan only lasted about 2 months and i just ignored it well i today i checked my subscription history and it didnt last a month no it lasted till the end of december (i got it december 9th) so i got totally lied too
can cast to a TV but have no control of anything. this app needs alot of work and isn't worth even 5 cents
Sucks, I paid for it monthly but changed phones, now it won't let me log into it to use what I paid for, I cancelled my subscription.
why am I paying for a month subscription and ads are still playing it was working fine for the last 2 - 3 months and now it's playing ads after I just subscribed to another month
too many ads. and streaming too much.can't enjoy the movie!
I have 2 subscriptions under Cinetool Kit. one for Venabox, and one for Hozify. one is not due until February 2026 as I paid for the entire year. The other is due tomorrow. Since they both are labeled the same on my billing and only have different dates; I have no clue which is due for payment. I don't want to be double charged or pay for one twice. Support is not answering my email. I need to know which subscription is which so I can make my payment and continue my service. THANK YOU
This ap sucks. Most of the time it cannot find the casting device to connect to, and when it does connect it often randomly disconnects while watching. That some aps require this makes it hard to keep those aps. Update: They said that an update to find chromecast was done, but it still cannot find the devices. Edit: Did I mention how much this ap sucks? This ap can *never* find all 3 of the chromecast devices that I have installed. I use it with medhut because I am forced to. Useless.
Don't waste your time or $ on this useless app. From a disingenuous initial .99 cent trial offer, comes an "immediate" $4.99 amount afterwards presented. * The app never connects to begin with - with the provided code. Lastly, 3 days have elapsed since my request for assistance - with no return communication. Terrible.
