So since I have the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, and they informed me that Cinnabon was offering a buy one, get one free item I decided to download the Cinnabon app specifically for that promotion. Someone please explain to me what is the purpose of offering a coupon if it's not going to work at all locations?! And if its not going to work at all locations, why not list the ones that don't accept it?! I love Cinnabon but the app is useless in my opinion.
Pathetic app. A glorified but BROKEN web-app. Meaning just use the website. There's literally no difference between this app and the website. Bet that's broken too. Also they lump all notifications under one category so you can't turn off ANNOYING ad notifications without also missing important notifications like when ordering.
Just got the app and seems to work well. Just scanned in a receipt and received my points. Received a nice introductory offer! My fault for discovering this store in my local mall. There goes my diet😂. I did find it interesting that my mall store was listed as 54 miles away when I live 2 miles away.
The app won't recognize the Cinnabon inside Schlotzky's so I can't even get into my account.

I thought Auntie Anne's app was bad, this one is even worse! I downloaded it and tried to use and earn points. Not only is the location near me not found but that the branch has a hard time giving or honoring the coupons or rewards on the app. I'm very disappointed and probably won't buy from this company again, might as well trash the app cause it's not even worth having it on my phone when I can't use it. I miss how coupons had barcodes printed so we can use them physically. No use now 🤦🏻
I can't speak to any of the problems the aforementioned are having here, the process was seamless, for the most part. However: Ensure there are absolutely 0 typos when you finally confirm your order credentials. Payment tender is IMMEDIATELY processed and may cause double billing issues/confusion with your bank. Having to go back and edit, and resubmit tender again ultimately may lead to a double-charge issue with your financial institution.
I first clicked on the promotion for 4 free bon bites if you sign up for the e-club. Then, I clicked the promo for the same reward if you download the app. Both times I completed the request, yet the reward was never reflected in my account. It was frustrating until I realized the reward is for 4 free Bon Bites, not COOKIE Bon Bites. Reward wasn't added to my account either way, I just wasn't as upset when I realized I wasn't missing out on trying the cookie bon bites for free. 🙂
Every order is always accurate, reasonably priced and tastes so right.
The app doesn't work. It won't let me sign in and when I hit forgot password I never received an email to be able to reset it. When I emailed Cinnabon Customer Service they were of no help.
app doesn't autosign into rewards. no option to do so. only can try to create new but it already exist. Menu doesn't work too.
The offers are fake and not valid at the branches. The service is extremely poor. I think I'm done going there altogether. I have two branches near me, and they've both become worse than each other. It's absolutely unacceptable.
After latest update, I got kicked out and I can't log back in. I also don't like that once you open the reward to use in store, you have a certain amount of time to use it (i.e 10 minutes to show employee). After that, it's gone for good. Tried to redeem my birthday reward, the Cinnabon I went to didn't have small cups so they wouldn't let me get it, and because I had the code open and ready to use, I lost my birthday reward as I had 10 minutes to use it. EDIT: deleted the app.
Absolutely atrocious. The prices on their menu items are 3x the price in store! I decided to order anyway... and MY ORDER WAS WRONG. They forgot one item, and also gave me something I didn't even ask for. I spent $41... way more than I would've spent in-store. All that money and they still messed my order up. This happened the last time I ordered Cinnabon from Ubereats, this time it was Doordash. I think it's a problem with Cinnabon, will not be ordering ever again!!!
Got my phone updated and tried to log in, but the app is currently having issues with an error that says the developer is aware of the issue. Password reset does nothing as well. You don't seem to be affected if you're already logged in, but otherwise your account is inaccessible. Normally the app is great, but it's been over 2 weeks and still no resolve, which is why I've dropped my rating.
What the hell?!?!? Y the hell do some apps have the option to create an account by signing-in with the account of certain other apps which in this case being Facebook and you get the error of "App is not active: This app is currently unavailable and the developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated."? I mean seriously?!?!?!?!? From the very start don't even bother in including such option cuz that's so pathetic from.........
The points are not adding correctly. I called the Philippine call center purgatory and they were no help. I emailed and they give inaccurate information. I visit Cinnabon 4-6 times per week. My points are not accumulating for in store visits nor when I send an email with a picture of the receipt. They store your credit card when you purchase in app, and you don't have the option to delete it. These problems only began with the new app update. I hate it and will be deleting soon.
Inefficient design: can't redeem more than 1 reward within a short timeframe. There's no Cinnabon near home for me, so I had to drive a ways away to reach the nearest one. I wish to make that long drive count. Unfortunately, the app only let me redeem 1 reward. Nothing I did, such as closing and reopening the app, or restarting my phone, helped me redeem my other reward. I really don't want to leave with just one reward and have to make the long drive a second day just to redeem the 2nd reward.
