the app isnt sending the code email to sign up. I tried gmail, proton and outlook. none of them ever received the message. you should probably fix something that makes it impossible to even open the software. a week later, still not working. sorry, I'm uninstalling. if its not functional, its just taking up space.

Decent idea, but man, notifications seem to suck on the platform as a whole. It doesn't seem to matter if it's in the app or on desktop, notifications seem to be 50/50 if you get them. Even if you get a notification, it also seems 50/50 if it's the intended notification or a duplicate of an old notification you already received. If you click a notification, you also rarely get sent to the correct location which then requires some hunting and page refreshing to locate the message. Poor UX

Kept getting pop up adds for this app for my subscription site. It touted all this hype about ease of use and simplicity. I finally gave in and downloaded it. On first use for my site i got an error message ' This feature is not supported yet but will be soon'. Don't waste my time and disk space for your paftially functioning app! Get it all together girst then bother me with that constant pop up down load it! Now, after posting this, I am uninstalling your preemie apo!

I hate to say it, but I think the web interface is better designed than the native app (at least on Android.) I also have major problems with notifications in the app. It was a big surprise to log on to the web app and see messages and reactions that were days old that had never surfaced in the native app. No wonder I couldn't clear my unread. I've also seen posts show up under the wrong thread temporarily; awkward when replying. The one saving grace is the app does have email notifications.

It's OK. Post creation doesn't support text styles (bold, underline, headings, etc) and I can't hyperlink. Another big issue is not being able to log in with multiple emails for Circle accounts is annoying. I have professional and personal groups I'm in. It'd be nice to get to log into the app for all of them.

The bell at the bottom constantly holds numbers above it no matter what I do, acts as if I havent read them yet, can never get the numbers to go away. Frustrating when your in a group, keep checking for new comments but none there. Decent community app just needs to be able to stay current. Also when i get to the last comment in a post the pp shuts down... Also i cant figure out how to embed my you tube videos in the app, just the link

I get notifications of a post, see the title of it, click to open it and it just takes me to the news feed or equivalent not the post itself and then I can never find that post to read it. also when the keyboard pops up for me to type I can't see what I'm typing it covers the text box, making it nearly impossible to reply or post. Both of these issues make using an app that should be extremely helpful, absolutely frustrating and something I don't utilize because it's so difficult.

To sign up, the app sends a code to your email to verify. Except it does nothing of the sort. I made multiple attempts, including "resend code" to my email. It never shows up in my email. Yes, I checked my spam folder, and it doesn't show up in that either. Multiple attempts over a span of hours. My opinion... This app is as useless as an accordion player on a deer hunt! Total waste of time. One star is one too many for this.

Pretty Good. There is an issue with crashing pretty heavy though when on the app. It's sorta annoying when you're listening to certain music and new tracks are added making it a hassle to find where you were. I understand there is bookmarking, however I don't thing that holds the current spot and quite frankly, I only wanna bookmark tracks I actually like. Really liking it so far though.

It was very buggy on my Samsung A51. It locked up trying to leave comments, resulting in the "disappearance" of my keyboard. Then the keyboard wasn't available on other apps. It quit spontaneously or jumped around. In the end I had no keyboard access, uninstalled the app, got some error message about the system with an option to close the app (no indication of which app), and the power button on my phone became inoperable. I had to pop the SIM card out to get it to work again.

This is the most glitchy and non-intuitive app I've ever used. Worked perfectly for a month or so when I first downloaded it 5 months ago. After that time, I continue to get that still loading issue and the app will not open when I touch a notification. The only "solution" is to delete and then download again. So far, I've done that more than SIX times.

It is buggy. I attempt to type a comment and it locks up, hits the enter button a few times, jumps around the paragraph. It takes 10 minutes to type 3 lines, VERY FRUSTRATING. I've signed out and back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still freezing. (And closing) The idea is great, but it's like the old school internet wild west like when we didn't have great technology.

Hello, I'm having difficulty with posting. I can enter text on the title line with no problem but when I try to add text to the body of the post (where it indicates "Write something...") my android keyboard opens and closes in seconds so I cannot enter anything. I have canceled post, logged out and logged back in but nothing seems to work. This does not happen in any of my other apps. Please advise. UPDATE: Contacted the tech team. Quick to respond and the problem is now resolved. Thank you!!

The app is usable, but it is still not good for making posts. Comments can now be edited. There isn't a way to make a cover photo for a post. Backing out from posting a photo has ended up in me losing an entire draft of a post. The app constantly has a ribbon up top asking me to update but it doesn't have an update. It's annoying. Links from email notifications open an error page in the app - so they will need to be opened in a web browser to see the web version.

Notifications used to work, except if our administrator sent something (ironic), but in the last few days no notifications. So frustrating. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing is working. One feature that is available in the web app is that you can edit your posts; when "Auto" thinks he knows better that you what work you wanted, it's nice to be avid to go back and fix those posts.

a lot of issues with submitting anything with the fold 7. I think it has to deal with the non standard resolution. for example, the submission buttons disappear under the text box. have to force close the app. my text just stays behind my keyboard so I can't tell what I'm typing. quite frustrating when trying to reply to someone in need.

When I try to download pictures, the app asks me to create a folder, but the download fails. In my phone’s app settings, Circle does not show any option for Photos, Videos, Storage, or All files access. Because of this, the app has no way to save files locally. Could you confirm if this is a known issue in the June 2025 update and advise on a workaround?

Man, this is the worst piece of software on an Android, or in Chrome. You can't get it to respond properly if you're trying to follow a comment. If you're clicking on one of the sections, it opens two sections down. If it does open, you can't respond without refreshing. And a zillion more little glitches.. . Just a mess!

edit: I'm unable to comment on any posts at all, there's no send button half the time, I can't open circle app, it won't load. it rarely can ever connect a link from the email notification to the post. usually that just tries to open the app, but goes to whatever the last community I had open, if the app even loads at all. typing or editing my type before I post is difficult because of a narrow screen and it won't let me scroll thru it. circle website seems to be ok but the app is so annoying

I've started to use Circle for my uni course. So far, so good. Loads of great features and settings. We have news, groups & chats. I would like to see a "mute" feature to mute all notifications for an amount of time..like hours, days until I turn back on kind of feature. This would help when I'm not studying and prevent myself from being constantly disturbed in my downtime. As it is, Im using it on my phone, which in one way is really accessible, in another, keeping me tied to my desk!
