Just bought my 6 wireless security cameras with solar panels.......very easy to install outside...I did have an issue with setting it up on my phone but got it running perfect on a TV I dedicated the cameras to....contacted their customer service and in one scan of a QR code off my TV and I was up and running on my phone too. It is working like a charm. I love it, and their customer service was very kind and patient with me and made it very easy for me.

Send around 82 notifications a day for nothing. But I don't receive anything when there's people. After a week, the app crashes all the time and I don't have access to the camera anymore. I still receiving the useless notifications .

This camera would be great if you live where it doesn't rain or snow. Any slight movement sets the cameras off. Was communicating via email, and tried all different things, but still have the same issue. Save your money and buy a ring camera. I think I'll be sending these back and getting the ring brand

So slow ,the live stops at the moment and I also don't get notifications, when there is something moving it doesn't warn me in that minute and the app must definitely have more options for your 4 or 5☆...Im comfused with notification sound ... sometimes they are the other apps..

I don't know how this app relates to the cams I bought but all 4 are a fail. I keep getting "wrong username and password". Happens on all 4 cameras and it's intermittent and unpredictable. I don't think anyone behinds this understands english. I reached out to the support listed in the app and they just keep asking me questions after questions and never any help or explanation like what is this problem and why does the cam fail anyway and why does it keep saying I have to delete and reset

This is an awesome camera system. Very user-friendly. The most important thing I like about it is the solar connection. We don't have to continually charge our camera time after time due to low battery. The camera is clear and the app for the cell phone is user-friendly as well.

Devs can we get a dark mode? Most of the time the security camera light comes on because of motion was detected and I'm sitting in my room to turn on the app which is white and brightens up everything around me. So if somebody just happened to be in the window they would clearly see me looking at my phone! A dark mode would prevent this. Please consider to allow there to be a dark mode. Thank you!

It works good so far Just had to play with the settings to get it set up the way I like. Seems like the set up process wasn't very clear but you just First connect your phone to your home Wi-Fi Then download this app. Then plug your cameras into light socket or power source. Wait 10 seconds, press reset, Open this app. Press Add camera Type in your home Wi-Fi. Password through the app and it links itself. I wish there was a way to turn off the following birds future 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

The first month was great when you have cloud for free. Could watch playback and all... was awesome till no more cloud... Told myself it's ok I can live stream... for about one or two months. Now it as a bug and can't watch nothing and also when I had the playback, didn't even film people... think the cameras are shy or something. At first would have given 4 out of 5 but nowI do not recommend this anymore. Hope they fix so I can come give a good review. Have a great day to all...

It's well worth the price! We have really enjoyed having it. The motion light is quick, the speaker is great. The only thing is that there should be a shut off for a sensor. Live on a road with high card traffic and it drains the battery on that camera

Some good, some not so much. Setting and viewing cameras is good. Convenient review of events, but no way to clear them. No access to NVR main menu. Playback interface is mostly useless. Little to no explanation of settings and features. Notifications are delayed. Better than nothing but lots of room for improvement.

Works well for viewing but motion detection is either way too sensitive or sees almost nothing.

im unable to register cloud 365 so I can use my samsung A03 with my new $550. camcamp nvr system. Register program freezes and unable to agree to terms. hummmm. is this a china?????? thing,??? for info? 3.6 outta 5 makes a statement!!!!!!!

This system and DVR has really come through a number of times over the years since my initial investment in it several years ago. play attention and keep cameras covering other cameras so that no one can get to turning any of them off without paying on camera for one of them at least. map out your entire yard so that you have maximum coverage and sight at all times. never got the emailing alert thing down but pretty good at everything else though. . not bad for being self-taught.

The app works ok for viewing but they don't let you download the videos from the events! So you can literally only view them on the app while connected to the system and you can't download the videos onto your phone or other device. How hard would it be to allow users to download the video clips? We need to be able to download these clips as evidence. This seems like a major flaw with this system and something so extremely simple and necessary that it shouldn't even be a problem to begin with..

It tells you that you need to enter your phone # to change the admin password. I did and within 12 hours I had no less than 6 spam calls!! I can prove it because it's the only time I gave out my number!! I'm going to call my congressman and let them know that this is one of the players in leaking our information due to illegal tactics. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

CloudEye 365 started charging for app notifications by requiring a cloud subscription. I have used a local storage nvr for 1.5 years now with their app and notifications never required a cloud subscription until now.

I do not get alerts when someone is present when I am away nor playbacks. I have tried to resolve this issue many times with customer service but to no avail.

I was very excited to install what was made out to be a cost effective solution to my home security needs. It didn't work out so well. Installation was a hit and miss process and the app connection to the hardware was unstable at best. On warmer summer days, there was no connection at all to the hardware and when there was a connection, the pan, tilt control was erratic. It detects motion but doesn't track the subject well and resets to the home position, away from the subject, too soon.

The worst app that I've ever used for security cameras. Keeps on asking to purchase their cloud package but I would have to fork out $800.00 dollars a year, and since I did not it interferes with me accessing my recordings. I purchased their AI package and now detects bugs as people and cars, wow money down the toilet, I have no way of getting a refund. As for the CanCamp security cameras, stay away from this company, their cameras can only be used with this app.
