the login system is awful! I've been trying to login into my account for two days now and I've tried more than seven or eight times and not even once got a verifying call, text or email. and all their team do is changing appearance of the app in a meaningless way that no user asked for!!!
My big problem with the Clubhouse app is the verification method via phone number only! Because I live in Iran and the Clubhouse phone number is probably blocked. Clubhouse should be able to identify new members through email and SMS or find new ways for people to use this app.
I have a bad experience. after deactivating, I was unable to reactivate and receive a code. then I made another account with a different number and tried to change my number to the old number , but I was still unable to receive the code. I emailed the clubhouse team, logged complain through their page, and still no response from them. it's been months.
Our private chats were once well-organized, but they are now cluttered with public conversations from all joined houses. It would be greatly appreciated if you could implement a feature to separate private and public chats for a more streamlined experience. Thank you!
After a previous update, the app was glitchy for me with being a mod not an audience guest and being located with the other mods on stage. Everything's fixed now and things seem to be going well. I love this app. I use it to socialize with others across the country and around the world. Discussions on all different topics.
I have a few suggestions: 1_ Put a button on running rooms to mute them so that when we hear a voice from other applications, we can listen to that voice without leaving the clubhouse or leaving that room. 2_ In the chat room, include the ability to like and respond to other people's comments. 3_ Add a timer for the rooms that are running so that, for example, if there was an interesting topic, it can be easily found in the replay. 4_ Include the ability to convert the room's replay to an audio
app has started lagging a lot on 5g and wifi both. it takes time to load pages. please rectify. after some time it shows unable to load.
i don't even know how to rate this app, this is my third time downloading it but not getting the initial verification code text even after trying 3 different mobile numbers, if am encountering this from this stage then the app would definitely have lots of lags.... if not for The RATEL Movement why would I even waste my data
Hi, I live in Iran. For a long time now, I haven’t been receiving the verification code on my number, so I can’t log in or sign up in the app. Even when I use the option "I lost access to my phone number," I encounter this error: "there was an error. please try again." Please check my issue and fix it.
I deactivated my account and now I cannot login back into it, I'm not receiving any code. Plus the call verification was much better than the code one, I really hope they bring it back.
