FIND A BETTER APP !!this app takes 90+% if you cash out 200 bucks at 76k diamonds. why is it 600 bucks to purchase 70k in coins? the app has nothing but issues/glitches that never get fixed in the 9 years I've been in CAKE also known as Coco, DUE to child pornography and exploitation, apple kicked cake off their store ..hench Coco. they play favorites and punish you for cashing out by dropping you to the bottom of the viewing list. there is NO age verification so children are all over the app..

It's showing the wrong gender. I selected women, but it's showing men. It needs to be fixed.

unable to Log in. Keeps saying Login Failed...

This is a broken app. I couldn't see anything on the blank livestream video. It's very poor connectivity. I don't know if there any minors underage girls on the live video. Who knows? I dislike that so much. Waste of time. Scam App. Policy rules is a jokes. Many woman always show her body without exposed nudity and seduced people to following her in order to become popularity.

First of all they need to fix the private party section as every time I do one , a lot of ppl comes in but not everyone gets charrge the fee or at least I don't get them all . Also too many favorite profiles by the ppl who is supposed to watch for the rules to be follow but they make alot of exceptions with this profiles . I literally have waited for 3 years for answers from the customer service and still waiting

I used to spend money on the cake app, which is the same as this coco app. Most recent update made it so that when you go to buy a video it is completely hidden unlike before where it was only slightly blurred. How it was before would sort of let you know what you were buying. Now users selling videos can basically scam you out of money since you have no idea what you are buying and can't get a refund if you're unsatisfied. Until you guys reverse this I'm done spending any money on either apps.

This is probably the worst app, and they have the worst customer service ever. I'm trying my best to have them cancel my unwanted subscriptions, and when they told me to go to the app store to cancel my subscriptions, it's *literally* not there!! Don't ever get this app unless you want to get ripped off, like I did.

Installed this app with high hopes. Made an account, set stuff up, tried to become a broadcaster and their video submission didn't work. Got forced logged out, now can't get back in my account. I'm 27, not a kid. So yea, huge disappointment. Didn't even get to start before it failed on me.

I cant buy a video, it says I already purchased the bundle but after clicking it I went to the top up menu

This app is full of yery young look at me kids. The app itself is buggy and not complete. For starters . HOW DO I Remove my account? When asking for help .. cause my PG rated avatar was rejected three times. I got an email from one domain. When I tried to change my password I got an email from a different domain. And then it failed as it did not recognise my user name. When loading the FAQ's I got a page with 'coming soon' on it. I still can't remove my account Crappola.

App notification needs custom options. I don't give a damn about somebody winning prizes that I had nothing to do with. I only want to be notified when somebody I follow starts a live stream or if a friend messages me. It's very annoying to be notified about anything else. I don't want to silence the app because I do have a few friends that I chat with a lot but y'all are leaving me with no choice. GIVE US THE OPTION OF WHAT NOTIFICATIONS WE WANT

I'd be willing to give it a higher score save for the fact that I completely stopped getting notifications. I've made sure everything on my end is correct and still nothing. Ever uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This brings me to my next issue. When I did that, I lost all of my dms, not a single one was there when I opened the app back up. Fix your stuff Coco, this is bs.

I can't login at all. My login info is correct, I'm 100% sure. I used to be able to login, but now I just get a "login failed" whenever I try. I uninstalled then reinstalled but still the same issue. I tried a password reset, but the link it sends me to is unresponsive. I can't do that either. This app is currently broken. It wasn't always this way, 1 star rating till its fixed.

the tickets are almost useless, I really want the old system back where you can use tickets to gift and buy goodies

Don't gamble they started cheating on the slots making it to where you will lose not even winning 10 coins when you started off with 8,000 I tested it with bets of 20 coins at a time lost all coins without a single win I played "Pirate" "buffalo" and "reels and wheels" same patterns fall so thats how I know its not randomly generated before you were able to win but I'm sure they are losing money because people who are winning big are selling coins to other gifters for way cheaper than the app.

Bugs need fixed after a gift and a new game was added everyone on the app are all crashing and can barely use the app. Don't get me wrong I do love the app so much and made a lot of new friends on here. coco family since 2021!

Hi, if customer support could send their email address, I'd love to discuss how to gain access to my account..😑 I just made the account, forgot the password, & the change password link demands, not only a code, but that you verify your username. I always feel pressured to create a username and enjoy apps that allow you to change them thereafter so you're not stuck at the "create an account" page for hours upon end.. as with some indecisive people and do not know what I ended up choosing! Help!

everything in my premium collection and all of my data disappeared after the latest update. there goes the money I've spent on the app...

My saved password for the app was deleted somehow, so I reset it. Tried logging in with the new password and it says it's invalid. Thanks for nothing.
