Have to purchase better plan in order to find out what the coins are worth. Defeats the purpose of app in my opinion!

I was charged for a free trial. I sent them an email as there is no customer support , if I do not hear back from them I will have to start a dispute with my Bank which we all know is a hassle

couldn't verify a coin that would be easier to recognize it's a complete scam don't subscribe update - even though it's a obvious fraud Google refuses a refund because the app doesn't work so they don't care about us customers shameful really

Don't waste your time! It failed to identify all of the pennies and quarters I tried, never successfully recognized any of them. I gave up after the 6th coin in a row was misidentified.

Paid for Lifetime Subscription and then tried to use it and wouldn't let me keep trying to charge me again for a weekly subscription or a yearly subscription. This is nothing but a SCAM. I have asked for a refund of all my payment. will update accordingly

no matter what coin I scan the app has no cluse what it is. I tried a wheat cent and it said it was some random other country's coin. tried it 4 different times, i am done. they make it IMPOSSIBLE to find where you can unsubscribe!!!!!

App is ignoring free trial, forces customers to spend money on subscription. Also, it will not give you coin value. Google image can do it for free.

fake. signed up for the free trial. for 4.99 a week. it charged me right then an 5.76. on top of that its telling the wrong coins. I want my money back. don't waste your time people it's a rip off

I downloaded the app and paid the 1 week fee but when I tried to actually use the app it tried to make me pay the fee again. I honestly feel robbed. I would not recommend this app.

Charging card for a 3 day trial and then this app does not work. Gives incorrect information on coins. I wouldnt mind paying $ on an app that does what it is suppose to, this does not...You can find info online for free just takes patience.

Buyer beware. I purchased this based upon a very high 4.7 star rating and enrolled in the 1 year subscription. I tested the application with a 1999D Lincoln penny and a Bicentennial Kennedy half dollar. The application's search result identified both as a Euro 50 cent coin. I conducted multiple tries and obtained the same results. Caveat Emptor.

The firt coin i tried to save to a collection was labeled properly but came up a totaly different coin, so there are software issues, and the app doesn't delve into specifics and special print coins, also should have a market to buy sell and trade.

Requesting refund and to cancel. Scanned a coin and asked to identify it. the app sends me to a page to purchase the app again. Doesn't give any information about the coin. I would like my money back and the subscription canceled.

I tried this app, many times on regular us coins and every single time it wouldn't recognize the coin and say it was a coin completely different.. I tried it more then once on the same 10 cent us dime, and it said it was many other coins that were not US currency.. I do not recommend this app, until they have fixed this problem. but for now, I'm deleting it..

I paid $39 for a year subscription but once the app takes the pictures of a coin it doesn't tell me anything, rather takes me to a subscription page for $4.99 a week. No specific instructions on how to get coin info. The pictures aren't saved anywhere. Pushed every button I can find and nothing works. Feel totally ripped off.

I was under the impression that this app was free, my bad. They wanted $24 a year so I tapped no. Then a discounted price came up, $10. So I tapped yes and downloaded the app. With the money out of my account the app won't work and says I need to pay. I emailed the app and told them my problem. So far nothing. Be careful with this app and company.

I was not satisfied with this app at all. It kept telling me it was a different coin from what I took a photo of. Also not very user friendly. When trying to find where to cancel my subscription at I had to search all over. Still didn't find anywhere to cancel so I had to email my request to cancel. Definitely not what I was hoping for. Would not recommend

Worthless if the app won't even run the first time you try to open it (Samsung S25 Ultra). It told me to clear the cache and try again. It didn't work. Reinstalled it and it still didn't run. Checked permissions, none set, added the camera. Finally got an error message: "Something went wrong with Coin ID Scanner. Coin ID Scanner closed because this app has a bug. Seriously? Don't bother with this app!!! Uninstalling it for good.

I downloaded the app because it said it was a free coin identifier. When I tried it, it wouldn't identify them because it said you needed a subscription. It said there was a 3 day free trial, but when I did it, they charged me, and after canceling it, it showed there was no chance of a refund. If it was possible, I would give a zero star. This app is fraud in my eyes... it doesn't work properly with or without a subscription and then no ability for refund.

like another user, I paid $39.99 for a lifetime subscription that popped up as soon as I opened the app. It was glitchy to get up and running when I finally did open and logged in, I took picture and hit "recognize" and it took me to a subscription page. It has worked I've changed settings, waited and clear cache nothing happened. reached out for refund no response.
