I was charged for coinbase one. I don't remember signing up for it. When I noticed it was taken out of my account I immediately canceled it a day contacted support. They said I would get a refund and to get an email. I have yet to receive either. I have had major discrepancies in the amount I traded a crypto for and what it's price at the time was. The fees are outrageous! Being so volatile I didn't put much in. Just an experiment to see how it works. It doesn't

Edit: To whoever responded, there's no way to access that link when you can't sign in -- Original: There's something wrong with the app. Yesterday it signed me out, and it wasn't until I uninstalled it and tried going through the browser that I was able to access my account. There's no way to call or email customer service without being able to sign in, which I couldn't do from the browser for a while either.

I've had a transaction pending for over 2 weeks now and I've called support several times with absolutely zero new information regarding the matter. I pay $29.99 a month, I expect better support than "we don't know" after 2 weeks of the matter being "escalated" I feel like I'm being lied to and they haven't even looked at my case yet. very disappointing. you're probably better off getting an exchange with prominent and capable customer support.

App allows you to deposit any amount of money but as soooooon as you want to withdrawal it, the entire system shuts down and you have to walk through all these doors to even get a remotely good answer. It won't let me add a new debit card to withdrawal my funds and I have YET to hear back from a real person, its been nothing but AI responses.

I've been a Coinbase customer since there were airdrops for ETH and its truly been surreal to watch it all evolve. What is arguably more impressive is how well these guys have evolved alongside crypto with this app being no exception. if you dig in to what this app actually does, as in "all the things", it's mind blowing. Make a list of every other financial app that's ever been on your phone and note what each one does to improve your life. There's your Coinbase app description.

the app has become unusable. Can't view anything because the content never loads. When selling/buying, it gets stock on loading and never completes the trade. closing and restarting the app several times use to make it work a bit better, but now, even that does not help. Support instructions also did not resolve the issue. I'll have to try a mobile browser instead. if that does not work, I'll have to start looking for other platforms because I'm losing too many opportunities.

Great app, but they make it difficult for new crypto investors to even invest, and obtain crypto! Then, once you have purchased the crypto; you can't even withdraw the currency to the account or wallet of your choice. They restrict your account for a certain amount of time (long and drawn out process) for which they choose. Lots of potential here, but honestly they're not living up to the promises for which they described, which is why I chose this app! 🤔🤥

the app lost $1000 of mine by transferring it over an unsupported network that I didn't choose. edit: spent the past 3 hours getting passed around to 3 different people, concluding that the app allowed me to send over an incompatible address. Their app made the error and they wont do anything to compensate for my loss. They did mention they will look into this issue, but as far as I am concerned I can go kick rocks.

I still cant believe how bad this app is. It never loads the charts, way too often it takes a long time for a trade to load and submit if it even does load, the history and open trades tab in a coin gets stuck and you can't see lower than 3 current open trades. The worst part is how long this has been broken and lagging or not even loading at all... I'm losing money by not being able to trade and see charts when I need to. I can't make this up... BRING COINBASE PRO BACK! Still so bad, its sad!

Definitely seems like a scam. 2 weeks after making a trade, I get a notification from my bank that there has been a failed transaction fee of $30 charged, along with a $29.99 charge that doesn't show anywhere but my bank statement. Support was no use and now they have locked my account with no way to get my money or determine the legitimacy of their claims. Edit: based reply, they did not even read the review. I have already tried working with their "support".
