I bought the $50 lifetime access but my app keeps telling me I didn’t. Then it doesn’t let me scan more coins. I put in a help request but haven’t heard anything. I’m hoping this is just some random issue but I’m getting worried this is a scam.

doesn’t work. I tried everything. it takes a picture but then instead of identifying the coin like advertised it immediately jumps to my saved photos and doesn’t do anything else. no instructions, no selection from there, nothing. App is garbage! I only gave one star ⭐ because I couldn’t leave zero.

it does not give accurate reading and it don’t recognize the errors. It keeps substituting it with their pictures and not allowing my pictures to show. It was a waste of time. I didn’t like it at all. Please cancel subscription since there is no way to communicate with a live person. Ty.
