This app has been a life saver when it comes to tracking my portfolio. I have so many different exchanges and even more unique wallets, it is hard to remember where my crypto is on my own. And if CoinStats doesn't support one of my wallets yet, they made it easy to mix automatic and manual portfolios together, which is really important when tracking DeFi.
Customer service is a nightmare. App consistently reports prices wrong. It reported the incorrect price for BTC for months. It's extremely limited as far as reporting, and that's if the reporting is correct in the first place. News links are constantly broken. The browser it's using is garbage. Seriously the only thing worse than the app not working is customer service. I canceled Pro. It's not worth it. They'll say "contact support" after reading how bad support is.
This is probably the best crypto portfolio app out there but you can only connect 2 wallets/exchanges on the free version. I was just going to purchase the pro version but realized it's a tiered subscription plan starting at a $40/year for basic pro and up to $160/year for all the bells and whistles. Instead of paying a one time fee, I am looking for a new portfolio app.
Let's be perfectly honest. Not one single thing in this app works. All the calculations are off. The coin prices are incorrect. My portfolio balance is completely wrong it's not even close. It doesn't have my correct trade history and orders. If you want an app that just makes up random information that is not associated with your account this is the app for you. It will just provide you with random numbers with no meaning and no connection to your account.
I like the app but there are some issues syncing some wallets and they don't have some exchanges that I want and my profit seems to be way off and I have to adjust it manually, my profit loss ratios are wrong too except for "current", I think it's because the transaction records come through wrong. If they could figure out those problems the app would be awesome! I still use it every day because I haven't found one that lets you have all your wallets & exchanges in one place like this one does.
Very nice app to add your exchanges and wallets. Unlimited (for the paid version) which is very inexpensive, or just a few with the free version. Otherwise a fully functional (mobile and PC) free exchange to monitor the crypto market! Great for beginners or the crypto-adept users, this app does so much! I have only begun to utilize all of the functions. Lots of news to go along with the coins as well. Note 20 Ultra.
This is one of the easiest crypto portfolio apps I've come across in my crypto travels. I'm very new to the scene, but what stands out to me is the ease of use and accessibility of all of its functions. If I can figure it out, you can too. Although it would be way over my head at this stage, I'm already pondering going premium and I definitely will once I get up to speed with the crypto culture. Great app folks.
It is a great app to see all of your exchanges at once. You are only allowed to link 2 for free. The alert feature is very useful. The app is no longer reflecting the correct amount and values of all of my coins. My coinbase portfolio is wrong on several time charts and one of my coins has no price but has the quantity listed. I've deleted the app and going to re-install and try again. The website has the same errors so not sure it will work. I contacted support and they finally resolved it after a month. There are multiple issues with the app. My imported CSV file data has changed after months of bring correct in the app. It shouldn't change CSV file data. These random fake transactions keep popping up at various times. I don't think they have enough support/knowledge to handle these issues. They can take a long time to address and sometimes don't answer your questions when asking for more detail of why the error occurred.
Started getting phone spam almost immediately. Garbage app! We all just want the old blockfolio app back. We just want an app that we can track a portfolio with. And here is the key pay attention dev. We don't want to create an account, connect a wallet, or connect an exchange. Something we can open and see if number go up or number go down. I don't want my pocket buzzing every 10 minutes for some other nonsense unless it's an alert I set. It's all about building trust... running out of room...
Doesn't even sync up properly. The transactions list is in randomized order and deductions are accounted for inaccurately. When you trade something, you give someone your item in exchange for theirs. On CryptoStats, it counts as a loss. My portfolio is always in the red because of trading. There's also random profit losses that come up out of nowhere.
