I would give it a 5 because I have met some Amazing people here. The only issue I have is that I don't recive notifications about messages. I've checked the preferences on the App. And phone settings. All are set to on. I've also spoke to the people I'm meeting and them to dont recive any notifications from messages I've sent. So that's why I know its NOT MY PHONE. It's an issue with the app. 🙈🙊🤷‍♂️ sorry Colombian Cupid. The only 2 stars was only cause there are very good Genuine people.

Have Had good luck with app. Have found some fake profiles with internet photos of models. Have reported them most are taken down or deleted. Not too happy with messages getting deleted after 60 days. Need to see suggestions of only possible match with the age criteria I initially indicated. Would like to see a minimum of 3 different photos required to do profile...would eliminate even more chances of fake profiles.

Since they changed the membership plans it's not worth it. And it's way too expensive. Also be careful because it will auto review even if you turn it off.. I used to get the one week membership and now only option is one month at a ridiculous price.

This app is horrible! 1, the translator they use is horrible. I have to take most messages and put them into Google because what I get off the site doesn't make since. 2, the messaging is also horrible. If a person is typing to you, it doesn't allow you to scroll up. Keeps bringing you back down so you can see that their typing which doesn't help me any. 3, the notifications on here are broken. I won't receive them for hours later. Paid member

There is no way to cancel the auto renewal through the app clicked billing in the app which took me to the Play store subscription area and there is no icon in my subscription area for this app The icons for the other Cupid media apps that I had subscribed to & canceled are in the store but there is no way for me to cancel the auto renewal on this app and that's what I've been trying to do for the last 2 weeks because I did not want to Auto renew this subscription & I want my money back

You can't open the app. And when you do open it you have to wait a long time for your messages to go through. It's unfortunate because from a computer it's great but don't expect to be finding anything through the mobile app. Because it just locks up and there's a giant lag or delay. If I knew it was going to take this long I probably wouldn't have ordered this.

The developers need to give some sort of option or display for the members that are upgraded, why would I waste that type of money on a bunch of free members, plus the prices are outrageous, I think that's why a lot of members stay free, scenario = "I've upgraded but they're free so I sent a free member a message they can't read and I'm unaware of them being free after I sent a message stating they can't read it", the app is sloppy, overrated and overpriced, all of the cupid apps are

STOP TELLING PEOPLE ONLY ONE PERSON HAS TO BE A PAID MEMBER!!!! I've received messages from paid members, and I receive a message that says "in order to send this message please upgrade". If only one member has to be a paid member, then why am I getting this message!! To me that's what you call false advertisement, and your just trying to rip people off!!!!!

I purchased the platinum package. However after I uploaded my photos i started noticing that nobody was answering me so I got suspicious. I tried to create another account just to see what was wrong with my profile only to realize that none of my pictures were actually showing. I literally spent the 1st month writing to potential partners and none of them would even open up my Messages just because my account was defective. Now they don't want to return my money or fix my account.

Utter garbage. The quality of this site has clearly vanished. So many fake profiles and scammers here. I am likely to meet a nigerian prince at this rate. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I started using the Cupid websites many years ago. It used to be a good tool for meeting girls. But unfortunately, now it is 99% scammers with fake profiles looking to manipulate money out of you. This is something even the owners can't control at this point. So beware! Stay away from the Cupid sites.

Don't download it. This is the third time my profile has been closed, for no reason. At no point did I violate the rules. Apparently, it's something else; it's not the first time. I verified the profile and everything. They close the account without warning. And no more with you.

This app is too tight when it comes to free stuff I should be able to try at least some features and then make my decision based on that. Want to try a week of messaging and not a option you have to buy a bundle very expensive one at that since there's no free ones... Let us try at least 5 times? Please? That's also a no everything is behind a pay wall and no chance to try it.

The selection of members appeared large so I took a chance. Initially I paid for a membership but did not receive privileges. After the second request my privileges were applied. Plenty of real attractive women available to contact. For the price one would expect a translation option or the ability to copy a message for use in Google translate. Can't delete a message. I am sure it is great if you are desirable to the beautiful women posted. I am not so I am leaving the app.

Was great until 2025. The amount of fake profiles has gotten out of control. From 1 fake scammer profile per week at the most, to DOZENS PER DAY! The developers need to allow user to SPECIFY which countries they EXCLUSIVELY want to accept contact from and also make account validation MANDATORY, otherwise this app will become completely unusable in a very short time.

It is so difficult to browse through profiles. People you are not interested in keeps showing on your search even if you block them for messaging. If you get 200 matches on your search you have to go through the ones you don't like to reach new matches. I have wrote to them many times to request changing this but they refused. Also, the verification process on the membership is not reliable, they allow fake profiles from people from Africa, Cuba and other places trying to scam users for money.
