I would give it a 5 because I have met some Amazing people here. The only issue I have is that I don't recive notifications about messages. I've checked the preferences on the App. And phone settings. All are set to on. I've also spoke to the people I'm meeting and them to dont recive any notifications from messages I've sent. So that's why I know its NOT MY PHONE. It's an issue with the app. 🙈🙊🤷♂️ sorry Colombian Cupid. The only 2 stars was only cause there are very good Genuine people.

Have Had good luck with app. Have found some fake profiles with internet photos of models. Have reported them most are taken down or deleted. Not too happy with messages getting deleted after 60 days. Need to see suggestions of only possible match with the age criteria I initially indicated. Would like to see a minimum of 3 different photos required to do profile...would eliminate even more chances of fake profiles.

Since they changed the membership plans it's not worth it. And it's way too expensive. Also be careful because it will auto review even if you turn it off.. I used to get the one week membership and now only option is one month at a ridiculous price.

This app is horrible! 1, the translator they use is horrible. I have to take most messages and put them into Google because what I get off the site doesn't make since. 2, the messaging is also horrible. If a person is typing to you, it doesn't allow you to scroll up. Keeps bringing you back down so you can see that their typing which doesn't help me any. 3, the notifications on here are broken. I won't receive them for hours later. Paid member

There is no way to cancel the auto renewal through the app clicked billing in the app which took me to the Play store subscription area and there is no icon in my subscription area for this app The icons for the other Cupid media apps that I had subscribed to & canceled are in the store but there is no way for me to cancel the auto renewal on this app and that's what I've been trying to do for the last 2 weeks because I did not want to Auto renew this subscription & I want my money back

You can't open the app. And when you do open it you have to wait a long time for your messages to go through. It's unfortunate because from a computer it's great but don't expect to be finding anything through the mobile app. Because it just locks up and there's a giant lag or delay. If I knew it was going to take this long I probably wouldn't have ordered this.

be careful, this is where you'll find the scopolamine women, lots of shady profiles, most are false profiles, some are true, but a lot more are sex workers, others try to scam you, if you want to have fun and travel just go there, no need for apps, if you want to find the love of your life, move there and learn how it all works, good luck if you wanna try it, it's a terrible site

The developers need to give some sort of option or display for the members that are upgraded, why would I waste that type of money on a bunch of free members, plus the prices are outrageous, I think that's why a lot of members stay free, scenario = "I've upgraded but they're free so I sent a free member a message they can't read and I'm unaware of them being free after I sent a message stating they can't read it", the app is sloppy, overrated and overpriced, all of the cupid apps are

STOP TELLING PEOPLE ONLY ONE PERSON HAS TO BE A PAID MEMBER!!!! I've received messages from paid members, and I receive a message that says "in order to send this message please upgrade". If only one member has to be a paid member, then why am I getting this message!! To me that's what you call false advertisement, and your just trying to rip people off!!!!!
