Been using ComEd for a couple months now. It’s basically a utility app that lets you manage your electric account on the go. Pretty solid if you’re a ComEd customer.
Here’s what you can do: you can check your bill, pay it, report outages, and even see the outage map. There’s also an option to set up autopay and budget billing, which is super convenient. And you can report an outage without even signing in – that’s a nice touch.
Look, if you’re a ComEd customer, you’ll probably find this app pretty useful. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna stay on top of your electric account.

So here's my honest take on ComEd. I've tested a bunch of utility apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The core features work well and it's great for managing your account on the go. The outage reporting and map are super handy too. But I have found the app can be a little buggy at times, and the interface is a bit dated. Still, for a free app from the utility company, it's better than I expected. I'd recommend it to any ComEd customer who wants an easy way to handle their account.

I'm not particularly fond of the recent update. If I wanted to pay my bill through a link to my browser I would. The app is just as useless as...
Nice & easy and no fees for billpay. Nice clean, uncluttered app, but 4 not 5 ☆ because of the pop-up every month asking me to save my card/ bank...
The app mostly works but there are a few things that really need to be updated/fixed. The main problem is that you have to log back in to the app...
