Sometimes the phone is freezing or not allowing Supervisor & Chw to sign

Good app just need the edit option while using offline data

It is a good app but the fact of it being updated each and every day will make more people ineffective

This updated app is currently not working, commcare suggest the installation of V 2.55.0, which is not available in the play store

It’s a very useful app. I hve been using it since last year n it worked properly.

Well developed app, though need to change on the GPS, it should showing clear maps

In case of complex logic setting, some how challenging and require complex language. It would better setting complex logic setting get simple

Unable to open app after first screen which say enter app code. What is supposed to my app code. Says part of your application is invalid.

It’s an app we use as community health workers to capture our patients information at home during our visit ,makes work much simpler , quicker and better although the device is starting to get tired.

Amazing app and has made my work easier. The syncing is easy and always dependable.

It’s stopped working properly. It logs out every time after saving only 2 forms and gets stuck.

commCare is the best way to present health information system which would minimizes paper work and improves accurate data if it is used by all data collection in a facility, in our facility only one or two people know about it.

it’s a good app that i’ve enjoyed using to correct data. But my phone crushed and my saved data is missing and it’s showing me the 2026 information instead of the current and last year’s. it’s misbehaving so what should i do so it works perfectly again
