Simple and beautiful compass app without any ads or internet access. Also has a clean UI with great haptics.
Reviews for Compass
← Back to CompassVery lightweight app with nice and clean UI, good haptic feedback and integrated level is a nice bonus. Also no internet access so you know your location data will be safe. Highly recommended.
No ads, no fuss, nothing useless. Simple yet effective. Reminds me of the compass app on iOS. Haptics are ✨ great ✨.
Saw the reddit post and gave it a spin. Neat and clean. The interface is uncluttered and pretty. Hoping to see no ads as promised in promo post on reddit.
It's just a compass, no bogus features. bought premium immediately to support the developer.
so far the compass and the level are working great for only 99 cents you cannot beat it would highly recommend it
Excellent tool, very clean, simple to use, works great with accelerometer in phone, very stable, inclinometer very helpful for my use, this has it all with no ads. perfect for my use.
First of, it's a little strange that Android doesn't offer a native compass app. This one here is good and doesn't collect as much data as many of the other ones. Thumbs up!
Best compass app for the Unihertz Titan phone which has a square screen. I wish this developer made more apps but am certainly glad he/she made this one.
Calibration is a pain, but that's not the developers fault. Straight forward and easy to use compass that does it's job! Appreciate the active development! (Update: Calibration process resets if screen rotation activates during calibration process)
Works great on my Pixel 9 Pro. Very nicely made that just works. This app looks like it should have come as a Google made system app.
Thank you for building this app. I find myself playing with the compass just for fun. Please keep making such beautiful apps.
Simple, elegant, and great design. Very impressed and priced right! As a sailor this is very useful as a backup and appreciate the ability to put coordinates on screen as well.
wow!! I love this app. it is dead-on. both the compass and the inclinometer that's included will definitely come in handy when I'm marking a DIY inclinometer in my trail runner. thank you
worth every penny! sometimes I'll just open the app for fun because the haptics are so satisfying! good design also.
After the third time this app told me that the sun wass rising in the north I uninstalled it. EDIT: Apologies to the developer. I had never had occasion to use a compass app before, so calibrating one wasn't something I knew about. After the developer's response suggesting it, I calibrated the compass & now it works very well.
Wow, I actually feel bad being the first person in over 100 reviews to ruin the developer's perfect 5 star score. But I hope my honesty is appreciated and helpful. Have been experimenting with app in my backyard. I know my house is perfectly square to North-South-East-West. App is actually very accurate with True North setting off, but when I activate True North, app goes about 15 degrees out. (Toward West.) Developer: Purchased on Android 10, but installed on 16.
After looking for a compass app that didn't require an absolute glut of privacy infringing permissions, I considered making my own but was told about this app. I gladly paid 0.99. This app doesn't need any special permissions to work. Buy it, you won't be disappointed, and it helps support a developer who clearly wants to keep your privacy intact.
I once saw the compass app on an iPhone, and thought it was very nice. I was surprised that I had trouble finding one for Android. When I heard about this one, I downloaded it, and it is just what I had been looking for. Simple, has everything you'd need plus a nice bubble level. It all looks great, too.
App is wonderful, works great, clean UI etc. Everything you could want from a compass app and more. One thing I would add though, is live Coordinates and Elevation. (if it's possible, I'm not entirely sure.)
