Reviews for Complete – Medication Tracker

Great app. It is very informative and helps you keep track of when to take your meds.

DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP TO TRACK YOUR INJECTION. The app worked fine, then in June 26th they updated a perfectly working app. As a result I could NOT get back in and so all my tracking data and reminders where lost. So I reinstalled and used a second email address and again the app does it open. Tried it in 2 different phones with 2 different carriers and no success. Emailed the company and never heard back. Use at your own peril.

So far this has helped me with remembering things about my treatment plan that I normally forget easily. I'm very grateful for this app.

Can't get past the pin screen most of the time. The only luck I've had is clearing the cache after entering my pin and praying that it sends me through to the home screen. My fingerprint also no longer works. Judging by other reviews, this is a known problem that has yet to be solved. I rely on this to track my shot days. An error this prevalent should've been solved a LONG time ago.

worked well at first, now after supplying biometrics, it freezes up. Recommend paper notebook instead.

It's been very useful and easy to use. It's a great way to keep track of medicine, set timers, and reminders to take medicine.

This app is a great reminder of your medication schedule, your last injection site and gives you an opportunity to put in your symptoms, whether you feel well or not. You can always look back on what you have written. And if you really need to reach out to your ambassador, you can.

I love that it reminds me when to take my Humira. It's a very simple app to help you track where you injected last so you'll inject elsewhere the next time.

Great app that has truly helped me with keeping track of every aspect of my injections! This is a great tool and so easy to maneuver through!

Easy to use. Can contact help through the app. Keeps track of las shot location so lk don't double up to close. Doesn't require stupid long passwords.

I'm having the same issue as others. I click on the Complete app icon and it just spins and never gets to the login page. This has been going on for months. The response from the support center in the review section says that it has been resolved, it hasn't been.

This app is the best I've used to track and manage my Crohn's treatment and related issues to discuss with my GI team. Seriously, it really helps and is far beyond any of the more than a few other med and/or condition tracking apps I've tried. If you're using an AbbVie therapy for any of the autoimmune disorders they cover, you should check this out and see how it works for you. Best wishes for your continued path toward good health! 👍👍

Biometric login stopped working and cannot reset pin as it won't send the email. Make sure you log injections outside of the app as well because you never know when it will not work. Billions of dollars for these medications and the app is a mess to navigate and sometimes refuses to even work. Contacting support was no help as support never responded to the email sent.

Edit 09/03/21: Whatever the last update was won't let me open the app. I click on it, it goes into loading mode and then closes out completely. Not exactly useful for tracking my shots. It is user friendly and a nice app to have to keep track of injection sites, add notes, symptoms, and other vaccines/medical data to keep all in one place. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes the convenience of keeping details at their fingertips

This app is great. Not only does it remind me to do my injection so I never have to worry about forgetting but you can put in the expiration date and the lot number of each pen in case anything happens they can pull those pens off the market and where you did the last injection so you can make sure not to do it in the same spot. It has definitely made a very stressful situation a lot easier. 10/10

PROS: Tracks injections and the lot/expiration dates of pens used. You can request new sharps containers, contact your advocate, and track affected areas to document progress or regression. Reminders, very user friendly. CONS: Everything Humeria will come with documentation of the sideaffects, I believe anyone needing to use this tracker has been beat to death with info on the risk. Don't have to remind us every injection. Markers for plaque locations are too large. Can't mark back of wrist.

Basic function, but missing a lot. For example, it has a timer, but no alarm. You literally have to watch the timer to know when it's expired. You also can't edit information once entered. Typos cannot be corrected, leaving you with inaccurate or missing data that you can't fix.

I don't know what has happened, but starting months ago, the app has stopped giving reminders for the day before injections, thus leading to me missing SEVERAL injection days. I have all the notifications on, and I made sure the app never goes into deep sleep. It always gives the notifications ALL at once after I sign on to check if I need to take my injections or missed it. I don't know if there's a bug they're not seeing, but I'm hoping there's a patch fix eventually.

Can't log in. Says email does not exist. Called the number it old you to call if there was a problem with the app, and the person said it wasn't their app and they couldn't do anything. They forwarded me onto an ambassador, and I only got their voicemail. Garbage app, poor customer service, and the "it's not my problem" ringamarole. Good thing they have a virtual monopoly or I'd seek other options.

As others have stated, the app no longer sends reminders. I have to keep track of it in my own calendar and check in on the app that day after I assumed that I didn't need to take it for a month. The app doesn't show what the scheduled day is if you look in the app on that scheduled day, so it kept making it seem like I didn't need to do it, and a month had passed before I realized after the nurse called me inquiring about it. My condition got way worse because of this.
