Hasn't been working in a whole week. Can't open it. I already updated it and still won't open.
AVOID THIS BANK!!!! They shut my account down for no reason and took all my money! I only used this account once or twice a month for gas and that was it. They had no reason whatsoever to shut my account down. Customer service pretty much just tells me to f off. By far the worst bank I have ever used.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY STOLE MY MONEY, IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY THE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON, I HAD $870.66 IN THE ACCOUNT, I REACHED OUT TO THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED THEY DONT HAVE A VALID REASON WHY THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED & TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA SEND A CHECK WITH MY MONEY, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT ANSWER CALLS & WHEN YOU USE THE LIVE CHAT THE AGENT READ YOUR MESSAGES AND DO NOT REPLY, IT TOOK 8 WEEKS TO GET THE CHECK AND THE CHECK THEY SENT WAS FAKE. AVOID
They tried to access my Google Wallet just accidentally clicking on ad without installing . Beware!!!
The apps its ok. I would defenitively like it a lot more if it had the option to deposit checks like some other bank appps i've seen. And the options to tranfer money its too limited. It could be better.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!(THEY FIXED MY ISSUE INSTANTLY) OLD RATING- checking it out so far!! Wish it had an English version but it's ok. Waiting on my bonus as well. Once those things are done I'll bump it up to 5 stars!!!
Unfortunately it has not been the greatest, i been having problems trying to log in every time it tells me my password is compromised and sends me an email and when i try to reset it will open the app automatically and then it will shut down, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at no luck still waiting on a response from the technical support team

THE WORST! I have messaged & emailed for 4 days now without a response. The chat says they respond in less than 30mins. Bank numbers usually have automated call centers but the number listed has the busy signal like a single line. Today the chat says they respond less than 30mins but it's been 3hrs and im still waiting. AVOID!!!
Terrible. I don't recommend using it, for your safety and your money's sake. I tried creating an account several times, and shortly after, it stopped working. Both on Android and iPhone, it simply locked me out of the account - countless times. When trying to resolve the problem with support, they only said they couldn't do anything. I'm really sorry, but I prefer an app with a more professional team and fewer errors.
COMUN used to be my go-to and favorite banking app. It was simple, convenient, and worked perfectly for my everyday needs -until recently. My account has been frozen without explanation, and I’ve been locked out of my funds for days. I reached out to COMUN Support and completed all the required steps to resolve the issue, but I still haven’t received any updates or help. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially when I urgently need access to my money. So disappointing):
