Does not have the ability to push notifications if you have multiple accounts. Set this up for my second business and have to manually switch between them creating some tricky moments with missed messages.
the notification sound is not loud enough. yes I've manipulated my settings for the app. still not loud enough for a prompt response needed from the user. can you please change or make the sound louder than it currently can be on your end?
this app gives your location via gps every time you use it. It allows use of your information on your device unless you block it. I was unable to do so until after I already excepted it in order to sign in for work.
So far so good, shameless functionality and works as described. I did have some interface issues when logged on to both the mobile app and via my laptop but they've been ironed out.
Hey good afternoon, app crashes alot on non google devices such as huawei, hopefully in the future we could get the app on the huawei store or directl download, I have to run a 3rd party app to be able to access connect team which is ok, but i think it crashes because of that same reason. Especially when its looking for my location when trying to clock in and just before it finds my location it crashes. Thank you
The app, after the NFC update, always opens when I turn my phone on. I have a wallet case, and I guess it takes that chip in one of my credit cards to be a timeclock's? Regardless, this is a horrible update, and makes having to use the app for work absolutely obnoxious. It needs an opt out for this feature ASAP.
Funny how ive come here to complain about this ridiculously glorified app. Everything that is wrong with this app has been mentioned on almost every review. My phone goes from 60% battery to 5% in 1 1/2 hours. It seems to know when i pick up my phone, as soon as i do, it ALWAYS tells me to clock in...8 hours early. Only 50% of the time it shows my location and Im the one that has to explain why. This is on my personal phone, settings unchanged. New phone after this app burned up my battery
I've been using this app for a week and my employees find it easy to use and convenient. I thoroughly enjoy the monitoring system and precision of the time clocking option. the updates are really great and some are so fun! chatting, time off requests, everything you'd need to run your payroll efficiently. perfect for small business. Update: The app is still working splendidly!! I genuinely love the time clock and forms section! the updates and chat options are very useful and fun!
Haven't been able to clock in today. it just thinks and thinks forever. Also the notifications for clock ins made in the main page need to be able to be cleared or removed. I dont care that we've had 50 clock ins in the app. LET ME REMOVE IT! Last, the GPS forces the GPS to be active the ENTIRE shift! it only needs to be active for CLOCK INS. Absolutely destroys everyone's battery when activated so we have to turn it off even though that's the feature we need.
More than half the time my app dosent work and I use it to punch in and out when I'm at my clients homes it's important that it works all the time. I just had to have a client call to say I was at work and n ow I can't punch out when I leave so now what ? I agree in the beginning it worked than it made me download a new version now it dosent work again.
