Hasn't worked in a month, keeps saying 'server error' when I try to login, login still works on the website. The real issue is that there's literally no way to contact support for help. I emailed and got a form letter response saying to call my local food stamp number, which has no support options for the app. Please fix this app!!!

I downloaded the app. Registered my card and created an account. Saved the information. Says it Registered. But yet when it put me at the login page it's saying my information isn't correct even tho it is. And it wont let me reset the password anyways because it says it needs a security question that I wasn't even able to set up so there's no way to reset the password or even get past the sign in screen. App is worthless

The app is now useless. It worked great for awhile but, now there is a decrypting error when you try to login to your account. I tried reinstalling, changing login information but nothing worked. I sent a message about the problem to the developer and the response was pretty much, it's not our problem. So, who's problem is it if not the developer.

I was able to create an account, but it wont let me log in. It keeps telling me that it cant authenticate the inputs. I've put the same password in letter by letter multiple times, and still there is no change. It's a shame cause this app looks like it would be very handy. I also did use the suggestion of using my Compass username and password to log on....same problem. Cannot authenticate.

It was wonderful for about a year. Then something kept saying User ID or password wrong. I changed password (several times) after verifying user ID. Still get the same message that User ID or password is wrong (Yes, I have it set to the correct state). Unable to find a fix, getting ready to uninstall. I even Uninstaller and reinstalled, didn't work. Tried to create a new account but it said I already have one. Very frustrating.

The app and the website are worthless. It's apparently too technical -- not user friendly. All of a sudden, I'm asked a security question I don't remember answering. There's always a snag trying to access the site. 2 months ago, the error message was I had to change my password but it couldn't be the same as the last 13 passwords I used. No one remembers all the passwords you tech people force us to create. EBT balance doesn't need top security. We have PINs to purchase.

App always worked good before. I've been using this for a year or so I believe. It makes you change your password every few months so that's kind of annoying but understandable I guess. Now the bad, it literally doesn't work at all anymore. It says "server error" when I try to log in. Hasn't worked for a couple weeks. 🤷‍♀️

Finally got it to work, for a short time. Then it started saying 'could not authenticate input', basically trying to tell me my password was wrong. It wasn't. Now it's locked me out of my account. When I tried to do password reset, it 'could not authenticate input'. Helpful if you can get it to work properly; useless otherwise. When I call the 800 number to check my balance, I have to listen to the spiel about getting this stupid app.... Maybe don't promote something that doesn't work.

You have to change your password often but having the biometrics sign in helps. Edited...I had given it 4 stars before but I lowered the rating. I have not been able to access the app for over 6 months. It keeps giving me an error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and continue to get the same error. They have no way to contact them to troubleshoot which is why the 1 star.

This app is awful!!! at this point, your better off just calling the number. I've been able to log in once. One time! since then, it's been showing "input cant be authenticated". I've changed my password 11 times, uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, and it still wont let me in. Fix it, or dont reccomend it!!! this is absolutely ridiculous, for something yall "highly" recommend.

Your app is very frustrating. I have been trying to check my ebt balance for the past month using it, and it keeps coming back there was an error when decrypting the data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app seeing if that would help and has not. I have been waiting for an update for it and have not seen one. Please fix your app soon! If i had the option to leave 0 stars for your app right now i would. I have tried being patient about this.

This app does not do what it's supposed to do. When I first downloaded it, I couldn't even make an account and after ignoring it for a while I kept getting a "limited license" notification when I wasn't even using the app, and then the same notification would pop up when I would try to open the app only to close it out. I've tried making an account twice now, and once I get to the end it tells me it can't authorize my credentials.

Worked great at 1st, but now about a month in Every time I go to log on, it says "Password expired" I have to retype the password twice every time before it lets me in after saying "password successfully changed" even though I never actually changed it. Seems to be a glitch in the programming. It is annoying and very inconvenient, but not enough to make me stop using the app altogether.

The app worked great at first, but in less than a month it stopped working and now won't let me log in. It keeps giving me a message of, "There is an error when decrypting the data". I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I think the error is on the end of the programmers and won't be able to be fixed until they look at it.

App has not been working for months. Go to log in, and you enter user name and password, and hit login, the screen flashes like it's logging you in, but then just goes back to log in page. Been going on since 7/2020. Not sure what the issue is but it would be nice if you can get it fixed so I can use the app to check my balance instead of calling the 1-800# on the back. If it's not fixed soon I'll just uninstall the app. 🤷🏼‍♀️

They require password changes entirely too often. I never know what my password is. A lot of time the app just randomly won't log you in, and has to sometimes be un-installed and re-installed, which is terribly inconvenient when you're in line at the grocery store and need to check your balance. Worst app ever. 90% of the time I just call the 800 number on my card for my balance and transaction info.

Used to work fine, but this week, suddenly the app is completely broken and just keeps telling me "server error", and won't progress past the login page. Super annoying having to open the full website every single time I need to unlock my card. I've tried deleting the cache, app data, and even deleting and reinstalling the whole app, and it still isn't working.

This app worked for a long time, now says "trouble encrypting data" and wont let me login. This was my review before it stopped working, : It's incredibly useful, but makes a lot of mistakes. It almost always has the wrong dates for deposits. It usually is pretty hard separating the cash withdrawals from the food because that is shown wrong too sometimes. Maybe you should just make them different colors. Other than that, good work...

EDIT... Still does not work. No notices on how long it will be down. Completely ignored by all involved Used to be great, now it is broken. If I could give a negative score, I would. I loved that I no longer had to call the hotline, and this app gave a bit more info. Has not worked for almost two weeks. Feel like somewhere a bait and switch happened. Why offer an app, if it is going to crash and then not give any updates on when it will be fixed?

This app used to work, but we haven't been able to log in for at least the past month. Tried it on two different phones in several different locations. The circle spins for a couple of minutes and then we get a server error. We even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue. Pretty worthless if you can't log in. Don't know where to get support or submit a report about the problem.
