The app is very slow. The app rarely works properly.It won't let me log in on the app after 5 tries. i was already logged in.it doesn't notify me with friend requests..sometimes i dont get any notifications excrpt to sell something

My phone is old granted(LGV10) but the app doesnt work at all on my phone. donwloads and installs and then won't allow me to navigate, wont update feeds, no directional buttons respond. I open it and essentially look at the screen. Its a beta still in testing shrugs...but sucks that I cant have that extra functiinality that it claims.

Waste of time, downloaded app to network and for some strange reason they blocked my account saying that I was a lender when never did I ever mention that I lend money. Networking doesn't mean that I am a lender. WORST APP FOR INVESTORS!!

I download I downloaded the app I was interested in learning more but when I got on the app first I went on there to check it out cut off the information like the pictures and scroll by to the left which was fine but only the first sentence or two I could see on there that was it. Explain with the Apple zean about as I scroll through the pictures and then says become a member sign in on the bottom but I couldn't even leave with the information was cuz it was cut off in the middle of the sentence

Just links to websites and information on how to subscribe to their service. They said they sent an email to activate the account but it never happened. Useless app.

All of a sudden can't login and my contacts say they can't login either. Customer service won't help. Emails go to a ZenDesk chat bot that goes in circles. Months of work lost. Don't make the mistake.

HORRIBLE!! You don't know the time and date when somebody leaves you a comment. When it gives you a notification that somebody has replied to your post, it doesn't even take you to the post. This site is completely unorganized and hard to navigate.

Froze and messed up my cell phone had to uninstall- I think if you look all the 5 Star reviews are fake!!! This app is a joke! Website seems a little better but you can't delete a post once made or edit it - you constantly have to put in your cell number to verify who you are to comment on a post which is a headache I get it's to make sure some one doesn't spam the comments but a pain none the less

I had an old account I haven't used in some time. I tried to update it but it wouldn't let me update my email. Therefore, I registered with a new email. I never received the email confirmation they allegedly sent me. I'm done, on to a new platform.

Buggy! They have a lot of bugs and fixes to do before this gets any other rating above a 2! Cant hit back on certain pages to look at the previous screen, it takes you back to the app startup page. No X or any other way of going back to previous screen. When at the Home icon it shows you properties but is not linked to PIN. Only gives you Ci properties and one other choice. When clicking on alerts from main screen it says property does not exist when it does if you go to your leads screen.

Website will not let me use company email address to log in after signing up. They even Blocked my email address, but don't have a problem sending me advertising for their products. The app isn't that great, it is all clogged up where you can't read much after searching.

WORST app for real estate EVER...Dont waste your time on this specially if you use Android...it stays frozen on only one page...and when you request for them to check it out they dont even bother with it...its definitely NOT FREE...the cost to use all the beneficial features is more than a beginner can afford on a monthly basis...After processing payment and after watching ONLY ONE video on the app my account got suspended without notification or even contacting me about it, MY MONEY WAS STOLEN.

Everything was going great within the app when all of a sudden it kicks me out of the app and I need to sign in again. I try signing in and nothing happens I try and creat another account and nothing happens. I still can't get back inside the app I thought the app was great until this happened. I don't recommend anyone wasting their time here.

Hi. I always read the Reviews before I download an app or join into a group chat or submit a subscription. I've been going through a lot of nonsense when it comes to getting trapped with a free trial . 1 Week and then I'm stuck with trying to unsubscribe. I hope everyone gets back what they invest in this company. Good 👍 Luck 🤞.

Buy this, buy that, and we might let you see a property. App doesn't even work. "Sending verification email" that never shows up (no it's not in spam though that's where it belongs... Don't waste your time and resources. Would give negative stars if I could...

The idea is better than the execution; for instance PIN used to be accessible within the app but now it redirects to your browser and forces you to log back in. This is a nightmare when you're in the field and NEED real data on property. They should probably have a separate App exclusively for PIN because that is more important to me than the social aspect which this app is mostly concerned with.

I'm yet to fully discover the app in full but was asked to report any bugs I notice. So far when messaging with other investors, I noticed I cannot see the entire message chain. All of my sent messages are gone and not in the message history. Would def help if it all stayed to keep up with conversations. Will report more once I have a more understanding and use of the app. Super great app by far

Trash platform. I can't even send this to support... You're app doesn't work so well. Currently I am a member with a paid subscription, and many times it limits my messages and tells me that I need to be a member. I'm having great difficulty communicating on your platform which is unfortunate. I also have friend requests and group requests to approve, but it says "error occurred." Right now there isn't even a send button on this message to allow me to send this to support. FIX YOUR APP!

I paid $1500 for a 2-year subscription to this outdated software. I was then told that in order to keep it up to date, I had to start paying $99/month after 3 months. I reluctantly added my card info. Then I was charged for 6-months worth of $99 payments because I did not cancel within the 3 months period. But I had already paid for 2 licenses for 2-years! So they basically put you in a situation where you think you are buying something of value that you can use for 2 years, but it's a lie.

While the wide array of connections you're able to make is a plus, the functionality of the app has been sub par. Using the site on a computer/ laptop is much better. For instance, the mobile app doesn't give you an option to edit your listing once posted. You have to go online from PC or laptop which can be very inconvenient being all data isnt stored on every usable computer. Please make the necessary improvements....
