So here's my take on ConnectNetwork by GTL. I've tested a bunch of apps for staying in touch with inmates and this one's pretty solid overall. The account management and payment features work well, and being able to send messages and media is a nice touch. And the cash payment option is a cool addition too. On the downside, the interface could be a bit more user-friendly, and some of the features can be confusing to figure out at first. But if you need a reliable way to manage your inmate accounts and communications, ConnectNetwork is worth considering.

Description

Been using ConnectNetwork by GTL for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you manage your account and make payments for different services, like inmate phone calls and trust funds. Pretty solid if you need to stay connected with a loved one who’s incarcerated.

Here’s what you can do – you can create and manage your ConnectNetwork account, make payments for stuff like prepaid phone calls and inmate trust funds, and even send messages, photos and videos to your inmate. There’s also this new feature called Walk-In-Retail where you can pay in cash instead of using a card. Took me a minute to figure that one out but it’s pretty useful.

Look, if you’ve got someone in prison, this app will probably come in handy. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you need to stay connected.
