The letter (i) is the only time the app. Capitalizes not when a new sentence firsts letter of word. Can't save the emails that you receive other than in the app. And you have to keep saving because if you pause. Too long you Will lose After you send the email (which he didn't get) (I looked and it was still in drafts, but was also in sent) so I sent it again from drafts. I went to drafts to see if it was still there and it was gone. Back to sent tried to highlight it to save. Can't do that!!

It takes like 7 steps to login. Not a big deal, but a pain in the butt. If you try to setup a phone account via the app, it does not work, so you may as well just call from the start. And finally, I tried to get a refund for unused phone time, CSR was very helpful in doing so... a month later, still no refund. Called again tonight, it still said I had funds on the account because it had not been closed, and went through the process AALLLL over again. Let's see if I get my money this time.

Request call button sends error every time, has never worked, not even once. Ive tried in the app and on the website, and have attempted on multiple devices with no success. Called customer service 3 times in 2 days and they are rude and have no solution. Would be a great feature, to be able to let him know when to call amidst our busy schedule, if it would work.

This app is horrible! Message transmission times is ridiculously slow, sometimes taking days. Emoji's cannot be used/seen. The app doesn't have BASIC functionality such as the ability to delete emails from your inbox, sent, delete, draft folders. In addition you CANNOT DELETE INMATES. Once they're added as contacts they are permanently on your profile.

This app was a great way to stay in touch with loved ones who's incarcerated up until now. Lately, I keep getting "I have 0 credits" messages when I know I replenish my account every week and with a balance of 20 or more credits. Makes no sense to keep depositing money for credits that can't be used at "our" convenience. Please fix the issues/ bugs ASAP. TY.

They hold larger amounts you put on the account but charge instantly and they just tell you to wait 5-7 days for it to show, so in the mean time youre forced to put several small transitions on the account to be able to speak to your loved one as you wait for the large amount to be put on the account. Really frustrating and scam like. I hope when my loved one is transferred one last time that the facility doesn't use this app. Can you credit me $35 and just keep my $40? You've held it this long.

Unreliable app. Tried multiple times to add funds and received an error message saying something to the effect of "we don't know if your payment was processed or not. If it was you will get an email confirmation". Also had problems updating payment methods in the first place, would not accept new card and app just reloads the same screen. No error message or popup to tell you what the problem is. I had to close out of the app and start over to get it to work. This app is just as bad as their website, which is also unreliable. All the money you guys make from the prison industrial complex you should have state of the art websites and apps.

Needs to have phone notifications for more of the features like recieved messages!! The only phone notifications that I got was after making a payment on the account. Email notifications for approved messages were hardly ever sent. I much rather a notification on my phone than having to go through my email for a, " hey your man sent you a message!" It's so absolutely frustrating when composing a message then submit it and the entire message is just gone. Happens so many times. Fix this!

With all the technology today you would think that this app wouldn't be so crappy. So many simple issues like it makes me sign in every single time! It can take up to 5 minutes just to switch from one page to the next. I'd like to be able to see which messages I've missed like an email. Once you've read it, it's no longer bold. I've had 2 new messages for weeks but i can't find these new messages I've missed. Make the unread messages in BOLD like email please.

Nice to have an app instead of using the mobile version of the website. Costs money either way. A lot simpler - straight to the point. The app does occasionally stall while processing payments or other data and the whole facility, inmate, etc interface isn't fully functional and kinda superfluous... It's like a different way to get to the same result. Penal system is all about choices. It does make prepaying for a phone number pretty easy.

This app sucks and what make it worse is not having another choice. When signing in,, there's a box to check to save my information but it doesn't. If it's having issues downloading a message or photo (which happens ALOT) you have to sit there and wait for that wheel to stop spinning before you can do anything else..which could take up to 10 minutes. There's no way to stop it and move on. Just makes a frustrating situation more frustrating.

GET THE APP FIXED!!! I've been trying to add money to the advanced pay for my brother to call and it keeps giving me an error! It's absolutely frustrating, especially when the alternative is almost four times the cost of doing it this way! This problem looks like it has been going on for quite some time; I can't see why some sort of fix hasn't been found yet! Inconceivable!!

Glad this was available, was better than nothing. If you are in the middle of typing a text message to inmate, don't go to another page/1app on android phone, to try & attach a photo-not even facebook. Photos cannot be attached no matter how you try! You will lose all text typed in unsent mssg, if you change pages, then have to start all over! App gives vague "how to" very confusing!

I use the app to send money and messages. It would be great if there was a feature that automatically saved messages to draft if you switch out of the app. I've had an app pop up or a phone call and it takes me off GTL. I go back and I have to re enter my pin and my message is gone. So frustrating! Could be 5 stars for me. Please add an auto save feature! For sending money, the rates are comparable to other apps and the funds get there quickly.

My messages say they sent successfully, but they do not send, do not show up in my sent folder, and my credits are not deducted. I would very much like to keep in touch this way, especially since I have already paid for the credits. I have called customer service twice and sent an email. They finally opened a ticket today. hoping my issue gets resolved! Using the app to put time on the phone is a breeze. I haven't used it for the trust fund yet.

It has been WEEKS since I have been able to make payments through the app/website. The error message keeps popping up. I have been calling the phone number to add money. I have to sit & wait on hold anywhere from 5-10mins. I have to deal with Crappy Customer Service as well. This is absolutely Ridiculous!!! Very time consuming. Very inconvenient.

Not user friendly at all. This app should really be as simple as the securus app/ site. It gives you the run around, doesn't list all the facilities, and pretty much forces you to call the GTL line to add funds which takes 3 minutes because they want to repeat changes that I've already agreed to. If I have agreed to this once, I shouldn't have to agree with every call. Back to site, there should be a link to simply put in inmates name/ number then add funds! YES, THAT SIMPLE IS HOW WE WANT IT!

This app is full of false advertising! None of the features that you see are actually available, and when you call customer service, you get lied to about the app "updating". The only thing you can do is send and receive messages, if the inmate has credits on their end, because even though it says that you can buy credits for them, you really can't. Oh and according to Customer Service, that's part of the update that apparently is happening in some sort of time paradox, because it's been ages!

This app was good but has turned into complete garbage. When I try to send money it keeps declining my card. Yet mysteriously when I call in and use the automated system it accepts the exact same card! When I called in the customer service rep said there was "no record of any transaction declining". Are you serious? I look on the app and it clearly shows 3 declined transactions. Totally nullifies using the app if I have to call in and use the automated system.

Terrible app. The bugs really need fixed.. You purchase emails and the credits suddenly disappear and then reappear. You think you have x amount and next thing you see 0 credits even when no messages were sent. More times than not when you send a message, it may say message successfully sent, but in reality was not. Very frustrating. An email may be sent one day but not received for 3 or mote days. When you call customer service you get terrible support. If I could rate this at zero, I would.
