Description
Been using Contraction Timer & Counter 9m for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track your contractions during labor. Pretty solid if you’re an expecting mom.
Here’s what you do: you just tap a button when a contraction starts and when it ends. The app analyzes the duration and frequency to tell you what stage of labor you’re in. There’s also some cool features like a kick counter and the ability to share your progress with your doctor. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s really useful.
Look, if you’re an expecting mom, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Contraction Timer & Counter 9m. I've tested a bunch of pregnancy apps and this one's pretty good. The core contraction tracking works really well and it's super easy to use. And the stats and data are helpful too. But the ads can get old after a while, and the free version is a bit limited. Still, for a free contraction app, it's one of the better ones out there.
