Been using Contractor Estimate & Invoice for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you make professional-looking invoices and estimates for your clients. Pretty solid if you’re running a service-based business.
Here’s what you can do: you can create estimates and invoices with your branding, allow clients to pay by credit card or PayPal, and send everything by email or SMS. There’s also a way to manage your team and see all your payments in one place. Took me a bit to figure out all the features but it’s actually pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re a contractor, handyman, or any kind of service provider, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job of making invoicing and estimating a lot easier.

So here's my take on Contractor Estimate & Invoice. I've tried out a bunch of invoice and estimating apps and this one is definitely one of the better ones. The features are pretty comprehensive - you can do all the basics like creating custom branding, adding taxes and discounts, and letting clients pay online. And in my experience, it's a lot more user-friendly than some of the more enterprise-focused options out there. The team management features are also a nice bonus if you have employees or subcontractors. The only real downside is the interface can feel a bit dated and takes some getting used to. But overall, it's a solid choice if you need a reliable estimating and invoicing tool for your small business.
