Youcan see your past appointments, bit you can't see what you paid... Is that so we can't make sure you are over charging us.

Love the place! Took my son for his first hair cut. He did very well 🥰 we were greeted so nicely. The staff is amazing.

The App keeps Shutting Down When Trying to Book Appointment!!! They need to fix the issue.

App will no longer load at all. Just turns around in circles.

The app requires too much information. Why should it need to know my exact location? Also, it doesn't even show you the address or location where you booked the appointment!!! Kind of important information to have. smh

New update is not good. Works once then have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again. They need to fix this bug soonest.

The website is giving me issues keeps saying my user name and password incorrect 15th attempt finally work. But now I logged in and it said my sons name and our booking isnt showing up so I'll try this app and update my review

You can book through the app, but it doesn't seem to work for multiple kids. Better off just making an old fashioned phone call. This app is a waste of effort.

It won't let me make an appointment in the app I'm a busy person and making the appointment when you guys are closed fits my life better and I don't have to be put on hold just so someone else can make an appointment before me

My son cried and screamed during haircuts, so I decided to try Cookie Cutters. We were absolutely amazed with our experience. From the moment we walked through the door, my son was excited. The staff was great to us and the kid friendly environment engaged him throughout our visit. I highly recommend them for hair services!!

App can't find the location 5 minutes away from me. Even when I type the name of my city the closest result is 8 hours away and there's no way to just choose a location without using the search. Terrible app.

I downloaded the app to book an appointment and the location didn't register on Google maps and wouldn't bring up anything else besides the location page. Love the business but their app needs a serious upgrade.

Really like the app. I like the fact I can just open it up and arrange an appointment in under 5 minutes for my boys. I'll can pick and choose any hairstylist I'd prefer or I also have the option to have any one of the hairstylist available to cut my boys hair. It has a lot more features but this specific feature is my favorite.

Even when booking the appointment in the app, you still have to show the app again when you are there to get points added. they don't ask you for your app, so I never get the points. I do like seeing the pictures of the stylists because sometimes I don't remember all of the names.
