I normally dont review apps; but this app is spot on. It's exactly what I needed to get all my recipes in one place. And it pulls them over from the internet perfectly. From there, I can tweak them if I want to. For example, I like my recipes in grams for accurate weighing. Therefore, I can manually change all the measurements to grams. Great app!

One of my favorite and most used apps! It is so convenient to have all my apps on my tablet in the kitchen. Pregnancy brain has hit me hard. When it cane time to make the meals I'd planned & shopped for early, I would keep forgetting what I was making but now that I can save the recipes in a snap, it works as a reminder for me! The meal planning section could use some work. I wish you could see like a week at a glance but it's not a deal breaker at all.

Love this app and have been using it for years now. You can create a recipe as easy as taking a screenshot online (using it as the picture of your dish), giving it a name, and saving it. Or, you can enter in the steps and directions as usual. I put "yum" in the name of my favorites so that I can find them easily. You can tag recipes with all kinds of categories, too. Love it!

Excellent app! In a time of Coronavirus where we're all cooking and baking a little more, this makes it 100x easier to do! If I find a recipe on the internet I like, I can easily import it. Gone are the days of "where did I see that recipe again...". LOVE the notes feature so I can make comments on what I want to change next time. Recommending to all my friends.

Gave this five stars back in 2020 after two years of use and return in 2025 to still give it five stars. 7+ years later, 650 recipes, and survived a number of phones, this app rocks. Adding recipes is super easy- the import works on just about every website I grab recipes from. A year or so ago I went through the entire catalog to add tags and categories to make searching easier. This year we started using the meal planning calendar to track the recipes for the week.

Well, who knows how good the app is. I signed up and tried to loggin and it said I can't sign in with those credentials. Tried a few times to make sure I had it all typed up right... nothing. So I figured I'll just re-sign up. This time it says the user name and email is already assigned to an account. So, I clicked on "forgot password"... at which point it says no account is assigned to that email address. So who knows, I'll be deleting the app and finding another that works

Exactly what I was looking for. Keeps my recipes, allows me to organize them my way, I can enter a personal recipe by hand, grab one from the internet, and search for a specific recipe. I can also backup my recipes, which makes recovery after a disaster so much easier! I have tried many other recipe managers but only My Cookbook hits all the right notes!

I love this app. I have been using it for years, and it's now my goto cookbook. Easily search for and import recipes on the internet, and it breaks them down into separate pages for ingredients and instructions that are numbered and easy to follow. The free version doesn't require an internet connection unless searching, only has banner ads, which are very unobtrusive and don't interfere with activity using it while you cook. You can also easily add your own recipes, create sotring categories.

5 star but would be even better if there was an alexa skill for it. In today's world of voice control and home automation, I'd love to be able to access my cookbook from my echo or echo show would be even better. I know the app has voice control but you still need to hold your hand over the phone to get it to work. A fully interactive voice control over this database would be awesome. I'd definitely pay for that.

The best EVER! This app will let me easily add recipies on my PC, or in person on my phone. I can create a shopping list from selected recipies, see pictures, and email or text my recipies to friends with almost no effort. I can create my own categories and apply more than one category to a recipe. I can share my library with others as well. I LOVE this app and use it all the time to create my weekly menu or special dinners. I don't ever want to cook without it. Update:Still the BEST!! 2018-2025

This is really a very good recipe app. It's able to import recipes from a good number of web sources and if it can't import, it’s pretty quick and easy to add it manually. I use the premium version of this app to capture and rate recipes all the time. I use it on all of my devices and on the web. The premium version and membership are reasonably priced for the functionality. It's definitely worth every penny. Edit - October 2021: After years of using the app, I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars.

Love the app and how much sanity I was able to regain from it! It really streamlines the planning, shopping, and cooking process. One nitpick, I wish we could go straight to the recipe from the meal planner calendar. Otherwise, so happy that I decided to go with this app! Also love the ChatGPT chef - It's been helpful in clearing extra/leftover ingredients.

It's great except for 2 things: The tops of the recipes are clogged with tags in large boxes, which are in the way of just getting to the recipe. It'd be nice if they were listed at the bottom. They take up way too much space. and the description is so small I almost miss it. I use that line as a note to myself, because I want to see it before the recipe, not under it where the "My comments" section is provided.

This app really has made cooking so much more organized for me. It's great to know all my recipes are in my phone, so if i travel or just want to share a recipe, it's right at my fingertips! Importing recipes from the internet literally takes 5 seconds. You can import a bunch at once, and try out the recipes later. You can give your own rating for each recipe, AND you can change the ingredient list/directions to your preference. Get this app!

This is the app that keeps me organized and u have come to depend on. I've tried the rest and just find this one to do most everything I need. Pros/cons: pros-finding recipes on the web and adding them with ease, organizing recipes, shopping list and meal planner from the recipes. sharing recipes with a click. Cons- My Kindle doesn't like it. I dont think it is supported. I wish there was a way I could take a pic of a recipe from one of my cookbooks and add it.

Love this app ! It's seriously a life saver . Easily downloads recipes from online sources and sifts through the adds and nonsense to save only the ingredients and directions . Also has a meal planner to find recipes even easier. Been using it for a week and haven't had any issues this far . It's also got a place to add your notes on online recipes so I can remember what changes I made or should make for next time. Love it!

Love the app! I've been storing my favorite recipes for a couple of years now. Easy to organize recipes. I especially like the edit feature since I often change and tweak ingredients. It's worth the fee to me since I can so easily share any recipe I find on line to the app (and input my own)all stored in one location. Occasionally, only the link will store, not the recipe, but that's not really a big deal since you can still get to the recipe.

In general I like this app I've been using it over a year now. recently something has changed. I go to the effort of logging in a new recipe. I give it a title and I give it several categories ... my own little system ... and then it doesn't go into any category. I have to go searching for it. This is aggravating! this is something new I've never had to go any further than a category to find a recipe I've entered and saved. I wonder if one of the updates changed the way a new entered recipe is being saved. can you help me out. I would rate it higher if it didn't have this little glitch going on.

I love this app. I use it all the time to save recipes I find for cakes, cookies, main dishes, appetizers, and even specialty non-alcoholic beverages. OCT 2021 UPDATE. Got a new phone. I thought I saved this on line, but I can't find it or open with the right connection. Lost all my recipes again. Update lost all my recipes again. This time over 300

This is one of my favorite apps, and I would legitimately be lost without it. I do pay for a yearly subscription, which is a reasonable price and worth every penny. I love being able to access all my recipes remotely, and it is very easy to import recipes I find online. One of my favorite features is the ability to customize my labels and apply multiple labels to a recipe. This makes it easy to group recipes I make for special occasions and to search for dinner ideas.
