will not let me scan receipts. freezes up. Still freezes up. why can't it be fixed. for 2 months this app. has been freezing up on scans. when will it be fixed? I have deleted and then open again, still freezing up. I have reached out to support@copper and no help yet. I'm going back to fetch. finally received message from Copper Support. claims I need to check for update on App. there's not one. still will not let me scan receipts. when I do Wallet, it just goes around in circle. never goes to

Uninstalled after using it a couple of months. This is an almost non-existent app since I could barely open it. When it did open after a ridiculous amount of time it was still extended slow to respond to anything in the app. I could see the minimal amount of credits/$ being accumulated vs. the cashout threshold= Not worth my time/ energy/ memory space for it. No big surprise why your emblem is ¢ symbol. Keep the change.

The app is good, but it could be better. I've had this app for over 2 years now, and I've never really had a problem until now. When I try to get my daily credit half of the time, I don't even receive them because it glitches and sends me back to the main page but even on the days it doesn't it only gives me one cred everytime. Even on the prize days, and I didn't mind that the cash out raised from $5 to $10 until I saw that a lot of your games didn't really allow you to get that many creds.

edit 2: it has now been four months since my issue has been "escalated" for Copper internal review with no contact. it is clear they do not intend to pay. terrible customer service. not the worst. by no means the best. they recently decreased cash per receipt and increased cash out threshold. I'm also waiting over 3 months for their customer support to validate a purchase made on a game with all evidence submitted via ticket. I have lost all faith in this app and. consider it to be no value

App runs extremely slow. Will not allow receipts to be redeemed. Today, I was able to submit 1 receipt. I try it just spins and goes nowhere 9/13/25 Still can not submit receipts. Unfortunately, that is the main thing I do to earn rewards. Being I am unable to do so, I believe I will just move on. I haven't even been on here for 30 days yet. You have adds out there claiming that your app is better than fetch, but at least with fetch, I have zero issues with submitting receipts.

Yes it's legit and you do get to cash out but not until you reach $10. It takes forever to get to that. I do like how you can submit receipts as well as play games to earn money but unfortunately I don't think it's worth keeping. I only get 3 coins for every receipt. The game selection is small and sometimes I had problems getting to download them and it's also really slow. They need to broaden their game selection. When you login in every day you get coins but it seems rigged, I get 1-3 max!

absolute garbage. yes, you can get money, but good luck. if the game doesn't pay you, it requires you to wait a week and HOPE that someone emails you about the ticket you made with the chatbot. Just let me chat with someone. also, receipt scanning is broken. it takes several minutes to scan each receipt, doesn't recognize many legitimate receipts, and is generally clunky and often freezes.

I'd give zero stars but I'm not able to. First, bait and switch needs to stop! My record shows I have 1,191 points that I can cash in for $10.00 but when I try to cash it in, I'm told I need 1,500 to cash in for $15.00! Totally unacceptable! As for scanning, way too many times my receipts are denied because they don't list items; news flash: card readers only provide name of retailer, date, and totals. All the other receipt scanning apps accept them! Why not you?

This app was good just a couple of shorts months ago. I was able to cash out and the receipt upload function was quick and easy. Now the app takes forever just to start up, never mind the ordeal to get the camera to load and then try to upload a receipt, which inevitably leads to the app freezing. And the cashout minimum just gets higher. will probably leave if I can cash out when I meet the new minimum (big if)

nice app, but... When it works, it works great. the different tabs open, and I can access the various features offered. However, more often than not, it takes forever to load/open (if it ever does). scanning receipts is almost always a struggle. It rarely opens. It'll hang indefinitely until I'm totally frustrated and close the app and consider Uninstaling it. on Galaxy A42 5G.
