Wish I could give 0 stars. Everytime I press verify phone number the app just closes down. Fees they charge are ridiculous and takes away from money I could be using to communicate with my husband. Video visits always blacking out video calls do the same thing. No customer service at all. The creators of this suck for making a stressful situation worse!

Basically, all we use the app for is to send money to my loved one. The issue we have is the inmate does not have the ability to see what has been taken out of his account. He can see how much is in his account, but doesn't know who sent it nor can he see when money is taken out. That feature would be a great addition.

This is just another form of punishment. It should be against the law to charge the high fees that yall charge. It's like a monopoly cause there's no other choice and yall shouldn't be allowed to kick people while they are down but yall are damn sure doing it! 13.50 for an ecig that cost maybe 2 bucks. 10$ in fees to add money to someone's books! Freaking ridiculous! It's just not right!

Every time my phone tilts ever so slightly it erases my message or ends the video call and takes me back to the home screen. This is super annoying. My auto rotate is off but there is no way to turn it off on this app. Other than that I appreciate this app for allowing me to talk and see my girl. If they would fix the auto rotate I would give a better review.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. The navigation on here is the worst. They try to male it so difficult that you give up. Set up for failure due to then getting you in more trouble or jail time for not paying fees you've waisted a whole day just trying to get into the site. Tells me my Google address is wrong. The exact same one I use every single day. If nit a set up for failure then why is it telling ME MY GOOGLE ACCT. IM USING RIGHT NOW IS NOT VALID. ITS BLOCKING ME FROM BEING ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT.

20 prisoners, New state of Florida commissary funding [Securus still handling all else] can't work it. I put Everything exactly as it was put on my visitation form, accepted 2 years ago, and it claims I'm not on visitation list. Just sends me where I can apply to be on the visitation list. I'm trying to pay for postage for the prisoner's "jacket" peeps they can request their ENTIRE file. Everytime Securus, JPay or this switches their too cheap for an upgraded computer system

Awful. I can't get the pictures loaded to verify my identity, it took a dozen tries to finally get my card to save, and trying to find the person to send it to was chaotic as it only was showing GA for some unknown reason. And trying to get a hold of customer support is like playing a treasure hunting game. Still haven't heard back....

Worst app ever. I have been using this app to send money and email. Now it says I am an unauthorized user and can't send money or email now. I don't understand. Also I have tried to email customer service and now that won't go thru. I called customer service and they said someone would call me back and NO they never called. This app is making a fortune of the hardships of inmates and families and they can't return a phone call or have a working customer service email address? RIDICULOUS!!!!!
