if you have any problems you can't call and tell them. I had to get a new phone and lost my ID and my passwords and so now I cannot sign in nor can I reinstall.

this is 1 of the worst apps I've ever had. way to hard to get in. way to many letters etc in password. then they ask for an id # I've never seen.

this app was great until a few days ago now it's taking over 24 hours to deliver and receive messages both ways. will change review when it works again

Set up sucks. You have to jump through a million hoops on the website just to be able to log into the app. The cost is ridiculous as well.

awful!!!!! I switched phones, uninstalled the app on my old phone. New phone says too many devices still!!!!! messages take 2 days to get delivered and messages disappear!!!!! garbage!!!! complete garage!!!!!!

Started out okay, now I can't even add funds because of some glitch and it wouldn't let me add money online either. Now it says I've exceeded my number of tries. Ridiculous.

It immediately takes me to a screen that says username and password and I have not even made an account! I uninstalled and redid it and it still goes back to that same screen. How do I make an account with a username and password so that I can access this app?

Sometimes, messages go fast. some days, I don't receive anything , then have to uninstall and install the app all over again. All of a sudden all message go thru.

not easy app to use when your trying to communicate with help desk.

I forgot my login info and have no option to reset or even ask for help. The mobile app is nothing but a welcome screen with no clickable options.

I like that you get notified when there's a new msg. I get pissed off when I type something & it disappears if your phone rotates. That's so 2003! And why are the texts so expensive? The other app charged .06 & this one charges .015!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

After sending messages, some are not received. This has happened sporadically over the past 5 days since I became a customer. Some messages are being delivered. Even though the messages are not being received, the sender is charged for each message.

I cannot even log in!!! there is no customer support and the bots are useless!!

horrible app. my messages are being marked as sent and my loved one never gets them but it is paid for and vice versa. theres no real person to talk to. no refund no solution to the problem. Just take them money and no messages sent out and money still on here. they are totally robbing people with no customer service

For those who got to many devices issue. did it finally fix for you? I'm having that issue right now horrible!!!!

complete garbage. you pay to send a message and it never gets delivered in either direction, it's just gone. We started numbering our messages once we noticed this problem and more than 50% of our messages aren't delivered. Corrlinks says it's not their problem, the facility says they have no access to Corrlinks at all to do anything about it.

This app was awesome up until 3 days ago. Messages are not getting to my incarcerated friend now until 1-2 days after i send the message. Before it was within minutes. I will change my review when the messages return to the way it was. This app sucks just like the other one now. Please fix this app to the way it was.

Got logged out of my text chat app can't log back in, no way to connect support, no way to change password. Tried to open a new account which I was able to do but still can't log in to the chat and text part of it.

If I could give it negative stars I would! This all is absolutely horrible! It stole my money, and there isn't a way to contact support for it. I downloaded the app and added $10 (which cost over $15 to do thanks to fees) and it has never registered the payment! There is no way to contact support or view anything but the messages and reload functions in the app. What a horrible app, and experience. Way to get someone's hopes up for communication with loved ones only to be met with this!

way below basic and pointless. only think it's good for is to message someone you have already been messaging can't start new conv. they can't even do math right tells you $10 but then says it's going to be 13.99 but doesn't explain why but charges you 15.99. all for $10 worth of credits. can't use app to add anyone, start a conversation, contact support nothing. at .15¢ a message you think the app would be more up to date and use full.
