if you have any problems you can't call and tell them. I had to get a new phone and lost my ID and my passwords and so now I cannot sign in nor can I reinstall.
this is 1 of the worst apps I've ever had. way to hard to get in. way to many letters etc in password. then they ask for an id # I've never seen.
this app was great until a few days ago now it's taking over 24 hours to deliver and receive messages both ways. will change review when it works again
Set up sucks. You have to jump through a million hoops on the website just to be able to log into the app. The cost is ridiculous as well.
awful!!!!! I switched phones, uninstalled the app on my old phone. New phone says too many devices still!!!!! messages take 2 days to get delivered and messages disappear!!!!! garbage!!!! complete garage!!!!!!
Started out okay, now I can't even add funds because of some glitch and it wouldn't let me add money online either. Now it says I've exceeded my number of tries. Ridiculous.
It immediately takes me to a screen that says username and password and I have not even made an account! I uninstalled and redid it and it still goes back to that same screen. How do I make an account with a username and password so that I can access this app?
Sometimes, messages go fast. some days, I don't receive anything , then have to uninstall and install the app all over again. All of a sudden all message go thru.
not easy app to use when your trying to communicate with help desk.
I forgot my login info and have no option to reset or even ask for help. The mobile app is nothing but a welcome screen with no clickable options.
