Great app, love being able to use it to look forward to upcoming events and reflecting on past ones. Tip: If you're changing your phone and don't want to lose your current entries then ensure you're logged into 'days until' and havn't just saved them to the device. They can then be downloaded from cloud straight to your new device. An error on my part, but the app support we're brilliant in responding to emails and helping me out 👍

Can only use if you are on a payment plan. No ta. Edit 2: sorry for the repeat edits but I'm not sure how to reply directly 😂 unfortunately the app seemed to not let me progress without a subscription. So either a glitch or (most probably) user error. If that is the case, then I apologise for the negative review! I did find it strange there were ads and a mandatory subscription 🤦‍♀️

Not a free app. I fact it's extremely expensive considering how simplistic it is. Just wasted 10 minutes of my life setting up

great app. simple and straight to the point, but with enough customization to make it fun. I've been using it for upcoming river trips and music festivals

No ads, super simple to use.

Would rather have better selection of background photo's.

Got worse. Used to be good before the ads. Not only are the ads so intrusive that they make it confusing to use, but the countdown widget doesn't even countdown anymore unless you click on it and refresh it. Sad

Edit 😅 had no idea you could close the payment page and continue to use it freely. thanks!! Say at the start this is a paid app. don't let someone set everything up and create an event then ask for payment as it's misleading

Nice to countdown to big events coming up. The text needs an option to make it easier to read over the background (outline/shadow) and it would be good if you could search image backgrounds online within the app.

buries the free version under menus that make you believe there is no free version. no clear way to add a widget. no instructions on how to do so. all in all it just feels like a trap desperately trying to extract money for about the simplest functionality that could possibly be programmed.

Decent app that does about what you'd expect of it, however this app wants to charge you an honest to God recurring subscription to get rid of ads? I'll pay $5 as a one-time fee to get rid of ads but this app is not worth a subscription. Taking off 3 stars for greed. Edit/dev response: That $2.50 is more than you'll make off of ads at the rate I use this app. Markup to 10 or 20 if you want. I'll pay a one-off to remove ads. I won't pay a subscription for an app I use for 30 seconds a week.

For free, I was expecting, at the very least, to have a widget right on my home screen that I would see every time that I turn on my phone. If I have to tap on an icon to see, I'm going to be tapping my calendar. I might as well check a few other things all at one time. I'm wasting my time having to click something else for one event. A free calendar app will do appropriately the same thing.

I love this app... I have Christmas set in it... Had to change the year because it didn't change after Christmas was over, even though I have it set for recurring. I also use it for birthdays. You can use it for anniversaries, or anything you want to keep track of. EDIT: I changed the year to a previous year, then reclicked on "recurring," and now it is working like it should.

oh no I am NOT paying for a simple countdown app, I made a mistake trying this out. UNINSTALLED!!! Edit: I appreciate the honesty. Still doesn't seem worth it to me personally. I'd rather just watch ads as an option, which might not be worth as much as a sub... And it's very not installed on my end, I guess it's not refreshed for you yet? Weird.. anyways best of luck. I'll move it to a 2.
