Very poor support for medical billing and coding. When responding to a questions it would give me 138 page documents to review or other answers from book chapters that I had no way of deciphering what the question was and was totally inappropriate. I only needed the app for a month but wound up paying for three as they have a no refund policy as I found out later. The app needs to be on a monthly basis payment. I would not recommend this app for medical billing and coding.

Signed up for the app, had trouble navigating the app. When I did get ahold of someone for help, they had no clue how to help me with the NYU Digital Marketing course. I then decided I didn't want to keep the subscription, so I then emailed and they kept assuring me that the refund was processed, it's now been 3 weeks and nothing has come thru which I tried emailing them again as of this morning and I'm still awaiting a response. By far this app is a scam to me!

I just bought a membership -which is not cheap- and I still cant see any of the info. It keeps saying I need to upgrade to see anything...I am hoping they can fix this or I just spent a lot for nothing. Update, they still havent fixed fixed this AND my bank shows they havemy money. I WILL update in a few days. soooo, yeah the issue was on my side. . sorry Course Hero. I even bought the year membership and works great now.

For all the help and resources available, it has its merits. However, the UI in both the website & app are very questionable in the mobile version. It was unclear on which button (if it even had one) triggered download for files I was after, so I had to use pc. I don't like it, and I will never pay for the hassle.

This is singlehandedly the worse app I've ever used. I wanted just 1 document, just 1! And wanted to access via website but it didn't work. I downloaded the app but it's even worse! they're telling me to subscribe. For what? One document? Not everyone wants to use this thing for a long time. I just needed one document. And your preview of the files succcckssss hard! Terrible.

The subscription services are complete trash for one. I was going around in a circle trying to get it to recognize my subscription! And on top of that the camera scanner does not work. It stays blacked out. So I take the photo from my cell phone app and go to upload it and it just stays on processing image. This app isn't worth $2 a month, let alone 24.

I think they might be want of the best when it comes to getting the answers you need. I remember when I couldn't afford it, I would upload every class document I got. Answer sheets to tests and assignments everything. A few months later I was rewarded when I got a email saying my uploads was in the top 5 percent of uploads being most used and it had a list of them n my uploads had been looked 1000s of times each. You know what I got for all that 5 dollar gift card to Amazon.not a free month.

I find useful content most of the time that helps me finish my homework assignments. Not always exact numbers, but slightly different one. The format and explanation is usually enough to get by. Unlocking a document and searching it for other problems is also proved helpful. Remember to give document feedback to earn credits to unlock more documents.

It's okay for quiz submissions, but any written answers need to be completely rewritten. A lot of the papers are written by people with a tenuous grasp on the English language; and most quizzes are old which may or may not have the answers for the current quiz. It saves some leg work, but you won't be able to submit work you get straight from course hero without red flags.
