Been using the Cox app for a couple months now. It’s basically a way to manage your Cox internet, TV, and home services all from your phone. Pretty solid app if you’re a Cox customer.

Here’s what you can do: view your account details, pay your bill, check your data usage, and even message a live agent if you need help. There’s also some helpful how-to articles if you’re trying to troubleshoot an issue. And the outage alerts are useful – let’s you know if there’s an internet or TV outage in your area.

Look, if you’re a Cox subscriber, you’ll probably find this app really handy. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. Worth downloading if you want to manage your Cox stuff on your phone.

I've tested a bunch of different telecom apps and the new Cox app is one of the better ones. It's got all the core features you'd expect like bill pay and usage tracking, plus some nice extras like the virtual assistant and outage alerts. The interface could be a little more polished, but it's easy enough to navigate. Definitely worth downloading if you're a Cox customer.
