It never keeps me signed in. I created an account for the rewards, and it advertises a monthly bonus wheel. I've tried for months, and it only let me use the wheel once, not monthly like it claims, and now in the new update, the wheel is missing, but you're still advertising it as a bonus. I tried to use it to pay for my meal when I was at the restaurant but couldn't find a way to do it. I've only found the app to be useful for seeing what a menu item looks like and not all menu items are there.

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled your app! Same problem! App is broken still! Can't signup, doesn't work with Pixel 9 pro. Whomever makes this app should be fired! They can't make a simple app that works on the most common cell phone devices, since there's a LOT of people complaining about not being able to install or sign on to this app! Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants and I can't use this app and gain reward benefits that are advertised on every table! Sad, frustrating!

among other the way this company treats their customers is a shame! I used to use this app all the time but awhile back it said I needed an update, but when I went to get the update, I was informed that the app didn't work with my device anymore. It's like let's update where some of our customers won't be able to use the app anymore... who cares. well thanks for nothing Cracker Barrel!!!!!

11/12/22: There are several issues in the app, especially after the latest update. The main ones being: the full name on the card, using to pay with, cannot be put in at checkout due to character limit. Secondly, I have 0 rewards points after multiple online orders. Lastly, it's just very buggy and slow. Update- 4/23/2025: Over 2 years later and still riddled with issues. The app still rarely ever lets me log in to my account. After I type in my password it just goes back to the home page.

Google Pixel User - Every time I use this app I run into a new issue. Some buttons are slightly off the screen and are difficult to click on, the app changed the location of my order to a location that was 900 miles away, and the sign in option does not work for me so I had to place my order as a guest. It would also be nice if Google Pay were an option so I didn't have to manually plug in all of my card details.

Love the food, this is app based alone. Most of the app work great. I use it sometimes twice a week, but often enough. The only issues that i experience are that sometimes it won't let me log in to access my rewards. sometimes it works flawlessly and others it won't let me log in no matter what I try. The other issue I have is when trying to select utensils or condiments. whenever you go to add them to order it is very difficult to click the button. I have to wrestle with it every time.

Easy to navigate, sucks at usability and experience. App did not find the Cracker Barrel I was in, and once I started payment process after signing in, forced me out of the app to a web browser, where I had to sign in again, reenter my payment info, before I could complete payment. If the app starts my payment process AFTER I've signed in, it shouldn't force me out. If it has permission to find my location, it should find the Cracker Barrel I am currently in, not show only 1 store.

Update: now it says it needs updated, will says it's not compatible anymore on my device so I guess we're done ordering from CB until they fix it or I get a new phone. 😠 This app is extremely frustrating. It won't keep you logged in & even after getting into the app will not let me log in. Likewise, it will not keep the location so I have to either let it access my location or search everytime.

This sucks. I've been a developer for decades. And I can tell you tech has gotten worse not better. Especially security. I can hack anything today. Now these guys want you to upgrade your device to spend more unnecessary money because the app is no longer compatible. Not going to happen. Couple that with the unnecessary rise in the cost of food, should just stay home, make a garden and hunt. Screw this noise.

The app NEVER works! It just keeps asking me to sign in over and over. It accepts the email and password, but doesn't actually log me in. I have even reset the password but that's all it will do. I still can't do anything but enter my email and password over and over. click on anything else and it asks me to login or join again. It's completely useless!
