When i raise subscription cancel request from your app than why you debit my amount before due date 4th October. I already paid amount till 4th October than how you debit before 4th October you know it's Total froud activity how to debit this amount and after Raise cancel request on app how you debit amount from bank account. Totally Froud koi bhi app use nhi kare agar aap app se cancel request bhi daal denga tab bhi ye log aapke account se payment cut kar lenga or baad me refund nhi denga

fraud app . they are giving you offer of demo for One Day in just rs.2.but when you leave with in One Day. they charged 99 in Autopay. which was actually 99 for a One month. when you calculate rs 2 per demo per day it Will be 60/pm. they should charge only RS 2 if it is demo. Or they may charge rs 60 per month. don't Make fool public. this policy Will never go for longer. Even after Autopay of 99 rupees they demand renew of 99 on 9th day of first purchase.ek mahine ka to kaat hi chuke. shameful.
I love this app and have been using it for over a year now but I was unable to renew the membership. I emailed them recieved a response from customer care instantly and they resolved my query.

it's a total waste app the developer made this to make money, without purchasing subscription u cannot open the app and start using it, it won't allow u to open u have to buy the subscription it will only to, enter ur name and profile photo, so that I will be happy buy that and purchase their subsribtion, so don't fall for a cheap things the developer has built go through the. process and find out yourself, same I was so happy but the made a twist, the moment I tried to share it, it started.

The app design and features are great, but it’s disappointing that almost everything requires payment — even for downloading basic content. There should be at least a few free templates or download options available for users who cannot afford premium. Please consider adding some essential features for free within the next 24 hours, or many users like me might stop using this app. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously.
The biggest problem with Crafto is that it mainly shows videos, while people don’t like videos much. Secondly, if it’s someone’s birthday, you can’t create a proper birthday poster — only videos are available, which most people don’t prefer. Crafto should have an option where anyone with a membership can design posters however they want. Another major issue is when you enter social media details; it only allows one option — either Facebook or Instagram — but both options should be available.
