Like everyone else is reporting, this app is no longer functional. Although I get notifications from my Samsung phone that I have voicemail waiting, this app shows none, and when I hit 'refresh' I only get a flashing notification at the bottom saying "No connection". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but get the same thing. It's too bad because I loved it before this new update essentially caused it to stop working.

Good when it works. There is currently an update that downloads, presumably gets installed, then craps out with an error message. Per troubleshooting tips, I deleted cache and data for both the app and play store, and have restarted my phone. Still won't update after several rounds of trying these suggestions. Not the first time I've had this problem. The tips are generic and it seems like a shoddy and/or poorly tested app. Not good.

Doesn't always work. When it does. It sometimes doesn't work like it should. Update "reply to cricket" My software updates automatically That's definitely not the issue. I've cleared cache and data about a thousand times in the last two years. I've also tried all of that along with regular shut off and reboot and making sure that my phone has ample resources like memory. With NO software improvement. If clearly something on my phone was going to work. It would have long before you posted back!!

Terrible app that I was forced to download because even though phones are expensive, voicemail isn't included anymore. Anyway, ever since Cricket, certain phone numbers don't ring and just get automatically sent to this app. Not sure why since they aren't blocked or anything. Then it takes days to receive the message until three more happen. Then they all come at once. Horrible app. Horrible service. The minute I can afford a better company, I'm leaving.

Like that it will convert your voicemail to text sometimes what it writes isn't what the caller said, but it's close enough I get the point. Unfortunately I haven't been able to install the update I keep getting an error message that says can't update hope I'm not missing voicemails due to this. Hope someone can help me with this. 11/7 I have enough space for the update all my other apps are updating, but this one still won't update I'm getting the same error message. Please help.

This app is not very useful. It works, just not very well. Does not bring up discription/text right away. And that is the other thing, is the text is very different from what the voice recording is. If you want a laugh this app can do it when you see what the text reads and what the voice recording says. I use the app just so I don't have to call the voicemail number and listen to the recording to get to the voicemail someone left you. It would be nice if the text issue could be fixed.

Literally does not work. If you were to ask yourself, "What works about this app?" The only answer should be that you can open it. That's it. Nothing updates. Constant "no connectivity" error. Can not access Greetings settings (continuously loads and says "just a moment"). Cricket needs to fix this ASAP as this is the only way to change voicemail settings, no online access through your browser either.

Recently my Avast AV has told me on two separate phones that Visual Voicemail contains malware. Not sure what's that about. Also, for the longest time when playing back a message it plays for two seconds then stops so I have to hit play again for it to continue. I like the app but it's a bit buggy. 2019 and new version = completely broke. Had to reinstall previous version by downloading the apk. Come on devs, you can do better!

It was fine until a recent update or something. Now it scrambles my messages. It pulls up the name of one caller, but displays the message of another. It also says it can't play the audio. I thought it was convenient before and I used it instead of my actual voicemail, but since I've had trouble, I have missed important messages because of technical errors, so I can't trust it anymore. I don't know if that was temporary, but it has certainly happened more than once.

Worst app ever! I've had it for 3 years and it has worked sporadically but transcription has always been terrible, constant uninstall and reinstall to make it work, but since the 8/18 update it won't load at all, I am stuck in a loop that tells me to call voicemail and hang up! If you can't fix this app then you need to allow call forwarding so that I can download a voicemail that works! Since last reinstall it hasnt even tried to transcribe anything!
