NOT FREE AT ALL. payments being taken. I thought I had managed to cancel the subscription only to find another payment has been taken. awful site to get navigate and it's impossible to figure out how to cancel it

I cancelled the subscription when I signed up and it didn't work which I wasn't told. Was told the subscription was cancelled. Got charged a week or so later. (May have been longer). I contacted support to try and get a refund but they refused, which is quite disappointing as I don't have the money for a subscription which is why I never meant to buy it in the first place. When I intentially found out I was charged, I cancelled the subscription. And now again today as it didn't work. DO NOT BUY

I like it but would prefer to be able to sign in easier, instead of having to get a link and all the unnecessary extra steps

His tag went missing. I had a replacement @ no extra charge within a week!

really useful app. with good features for just £4.95 per month. if your pet is lost, you need all the help you can get.

Bait & Switch scam. Offers "free" tags but buries a premium subscription service in their lengthy "terms & conditions". Woke up one morning with a missed video call they initiated at 2am and then was charged $12.99. Disputing through PayPal they lie & lie saying my premium subscription is active (it's not) and my tags are active (I never set them up). Beware.

Big scam, then they make it impossible to cancel. They offer a FREE service, then charge you monthly. Your payments increase monthly. I am over 75, and I got scammed. I am unable to afford this.

Aaron was a tremendous help with our issue concerning our "I'm Lost" tag. The issue was resolved in less than 3 minutes! Highly recommend Crumb for your pets safe return.

For me the app works perfectly fine nothing went wrong but now I need to take my dogs off bc they are no longer with us and it won't let me cancel my subscription and they put it on autopay which i've never did that know I get 8.99 a month and I cant stop the payment I don't have dogs anymore so I really need to be taken off

I honestly love Crumb! Super easy to use, everything works smoothly, and I was able to get set up in no time. The app is clean and straightforward, which makes the whole experience stress-free.

Crumb was easy to set up and make changes to information. Scanning the QR code brings up my pups' information quickly and accurately. Customer service in the app has been fantastic! I feel better knowing that if my puppy escapes, he can quickly be returned home.

it's a total scam. first they get you with their "free" tag and you only pay for postage. then they take so long to post it you forget you got it (mine took over a month to deliver). Then your account set up only works once you pay for a subscription (the "free" subscription doesn't work funnily enough), which is not mentioned in the advertising when they're giving out their tags. $10 a month is reasonably priced, but for the misleading information provided I wouldn't pay a cent.

I've been trying since Sept 5th to get assistance. I need to cancel my account and stop auto pay. I have let them know I'm not computer savvy and have some issues with computers and how they wk. so I need an account rep to be able to cancel this acct. I'm really getting anxiety attack not being able to do this online. S.O.S HELP ME CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT.

Crumb was the best investment for my dog, the tag is compact, durable and sends me GPS location if someone finds her. The QR code lets anyone scan and see her profile instantly - no app needed. Fantastic customer service, free replacements, and automatic vet notifications if she goes missing. Crumb is a subscription service that gives me the peace of mind I need at a reasonable price, way better than a standard dog tag - highly recommended!
