NOT FREE AT ALL. payments being taken. I thought I had managed to cancel the subscription only to find another payment has been taken. awful site to get navigate and it's impossible to figure out how to cancel it

I cancelled the subscription when I signed up and it didn't work which I wasn't told. Was told the subscription was cancelled. Got charged a week or so later. (May have been longer). I contacted support to try and get a refund but they refused, which is quite disappointing as I don't have the money for a subscription which is why I never meant to buy it in the first place. When I intentially found out I was charged, I cancelled the subscription. And now again today as it didn't work. DO NOT BUY

I like it but would prefer to be able to sign in easier, instead of having to get a link and all the unnecessary extra steps

His tag went missing. I had a replacement @ no extra charge within a week!

really useful app. with good features for just £4.95 per month. if your pet is lost, you need all the help you can get.
