Teamworx is a good app in that it lets myself and other employees know our schedules with a few taps on our phones. We can pick-up extra shifts, or swap shifts with other users, which is a remarkable ability in general. My dislikes are that a day off is a day off -- if I'm not available in the morning, for example, all I can do is say I'm unavailable that day. It also doesn't allow for messages or inquiries to managers that do the scheduling. That would be very nice.

Completely broken. It's stuck on the window to see my coworkers on a certain day, and I can't back out into my actual schedule by any means. (Yes, I've already tried EVERYTHING.) I know it's not just frozen because it still let's me swap between seeing who was working and who was off on whatever day it's stuck on, and I can select individual people, showing their contact information.I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, yet it still has me stuck on the window. It's unusable.

After a couple weeks at best, my notifications stop working. I have to uninstall then reinstall.

The app does not automatically open to the current week, and there are not notifications for when you have a shift. This has resulted in me being hours late on multiple occasions, as I believed I was looking at the current week, but was in fact looking at the previous or next week. In this way, even Google Calendar is better. Otherwise, the app is decent.

This is the worse app it knocks me out all the time. It takes me to the page where you have to log in or create account but it will not let me log in the page will not stay up long enough. It tells you to scroll down to login but it will not let you do anything. I wish my place of employment didn't use this horrible app. It has to many issues that needs to be fixed.

Completely unusable. I'm not sure why my workplace insists on using this app, but it crashes all the time. Whenever the schedules updates it says "The schedule has changed" and then everything remains blank. You have to Uninstall then reinstall it to get it to work again but now that doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure if the devs have abandoned this app or not, but if they haven't then they're super lazy. Fix your app, developers. It's so bad I'd give it zero stars if I could.

A notification is marked but when clicking on it to see, nothing is to see, no notification shows.

Absolute spaghetti code. This ap is a clunky mess that tries to do to much on its own and sabotage the user and itself. Genuinely surprising how badly it can mess up. It constantly forgets info

I haven't been able to open the app or view my schedule for 2 weeks. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the cache, and each time at the buffering screen it says the server is unreachable. No one in my workplace has any experience with this issue but, according to a ridiculous amount of negative reviews, this is pretty common with no fixes given.

This app is horrible, no matter how many times I redownload the app it keeps telling me the server is unreachable. I need this app to obviously see my schedule and it doesn't even work.

I have not been able to use this app for about 3 weeks now, always says.. Server not reachable. This is used for our schedule, requesting days off and picking up/offering shifts. This is just not acceptable. Id give 0 stars if possible

I have checked everything the available information said to, I am not receiving notifications. I also can not find a clear answer if a notification is sent when your schedule is changed, nor does my app display many of the functions it claims to have. I have no option to write a message, and I have no top menu bar that is supposed to show me communications and prior notifications.

Not only does it constantly log me out, it doesn't automatically open on the current week, which has caused problems at my workplace before, and there are no notifications at this point. I used to get a notification when my gm uploaded the schedule but now I don't even get that, no notifications for available shifts, approved time off, schedule updates, shift reminders. AND it isn't even working right now so I can't check my schedule at all, or even get to the log in screen. Please fix your app.

Too many times the app gets stuck and will not go back so that I can see my schedule. Up date: Use to work fairly good. Now I haven't been able to sign in for the longest. Manager doesn't know what going on. Called customer service for the app and they wouldn't help me. Said they need some number from the employer who knows nothing about a number. Now I can't get my schedule. Always says I have the wrong password. Even after employer rest password and gave me a temp. It does however send me text

HotSchedules is better. Teamworx is not very useful. Would be better if the daily schedule could be sorted by department instead of a long list of everyone on that day. Also, the ability to message coworkers within the app should be included. Would also be great if it connected to the personal calendar (like HotSchedules). Basically, be more like HotSchedules.

Defective! I have been using the app for about a month now and haven't had a problem tell recently. The app won't let me go back to see my schedule no matter what I do. I restarted the phone, but it didn't work. I closed all applications, then re opened that the app didn't work. Finally, i un installed then reinstaled the app, and then it worked. I should have to do that to have an app work you know.

The app keeps freezing like many others but I found the solution. If you app is frozen on the day schedule then all you have to do is go to your phone settings and go to the crunchtime app. You will have an option to clear data and clear cache. Once you do that open the app and it will have you log into your account and you will be good to go. I know it's been annoying but I hope this helps some people

Took a while to get it to work properly on android, now it's pretty great. I wish you could enter requested hours per week in availability, though. old review: Requires a version the app doesn't have yet, i guess. Or maybe its because i have an android. Put in my login info, requires a URL, nothing works as a URL, can't log in. Just gotta keep using the website. For the people who made the app, please let me know when you release a version that works.

This app crashes ALL the time when it's not getting stuck on the loading screen. The only way to fix it is to delete and re-download it entirely. It's extra frustrating because each time I do this I have to come up with a new password as it never accepts the one I know is correct. Time-off requests and availability are confusing, and allows your manager to schedule you even on your approved days off which leads to miscommunication and conflict. Bad. Buggy. Battlestar Galactica.

I try to edit my availability and it only works if I select unavailable or available. When I put in the times I am available, it acts like im making edits but it doesn't show anything. I hit enter and it only shows as available or not available, any day that I put in a timespan it just says that I am available all day. Very frustrating. Also, the notifications broke. Other than that I guess it lets me see my schedule the way it's supposed to.
