I would give 5 stars if you could do everything on 1 app. however there's 2 different crypto, same company however one is more advanced and you have to use a different screen or app for it. if they could make it into 1 that you can switch between that would be great. other than that pretty solid app, I like using it better than coinbase.
App is efficient for trading but has glitches, will freeze regularly, does not show you your initial or overall investment amount in an asset inorder to keep you guessing or require meticulously logging of initial investments to keep you trading thinking your initial investment has grown. It does this to create the illusion that your assets have grown even if they haven't overall. App is becoming a gambling pull, but I guess there is worse out there.
Always a headache. Constantly needs to be updated. Hidden fees everywhere. Every trade you make, they take about 10% from the rates. Sending and receiving anything can take hours. The "perks" are worthless now. It's a shame. This was a great app at the beginning. It's gone downhill ever since.
Definitely scam app, huge hidden spread fees and never tell you in advance unless you place your order and you find the price you buy at much high price and you sell at much lower price than market, never trust it and be far away from it. There are many other good platforms offering good service with much lower fees and show you the detail in advance
Accessing the card feature on the app NEVER works when I need it. I can access every part of the app except for the car to top it up with money. It just sits there and spins no matter if I purge the cash, force stop the app reboot doesn't matter it just spins when I need it. * Update, here I am, needing to top up the card now, And guess what the app is doing only on the card screen? It's spinning again, keeping me from actually topping it up when I actually need it.
unethical business practice. these people collect all your information along with a scan of your driver's license before showing you anything like prices of coins, types of coins, or even if there's a charge to use the app. They wanted me to fund this app yet I haven't been able to sign into the account. total scamming practice. They keep requesting the six-digit code they sent to my phone that always says it's the wrong code and I have x amount of effort before I'm locked out. stay away!
'Technical difficulties' when selling --> lose ya money 👎 EDIT: I have tried talking to the live chat, but we are going round in circles. I can see online that the issue has persisted since 4 years ago. Clearly it is not fixed, and this is therefore a trading platform where you cannot actually trade when it's advantageous to you - instead you have to watch your potential profit diminish. I recommend finding a platform that doesn't inhibit you, inadvertently or otherwise.
Crypto card with some issues. Buying and selling cryptos works fine. I'm level Jade and the digital card is functional on most platforms. However, getting the physical card was not possible. I tried twice and waited more than a month every time, but the card did not arrive. I live in Mexico and explained several times that shipping with normal untracked mail, as they do, will not arrive. For the third try they want to charge 55 USD. Obviously using standard shipping again.
The fingerprint scanner automatically switches itself off.. this happens consistently, so I don't hold my funds here because it feels shady that i keep having to turn it back on using my password... apparently its a normal thing, but i dont see the point. Are people cutting off fingers? Stats aren't working properly and don't aline, and they are mostly not precise or stupidly slow. Makes it difficult to sell at its true price or even how much you truly hold. Hold says 200 stats say 178 for exmp.
To be honest I dont get why I can make deposits without any issues but I've been trying to add a freaking bank so I can get my money out but it seems that is IMPOSSIBLE, ALWAYS ALWAYS saying its been a problem or got rejected even when I tried so many different banks! like come on its been more than a year I just want to tranfer my money to any other crypto app.
