it keeps freezing every time I try to restart it I tried every which way possible to get into use this but it would definitely work out if you can get those little minor books and fix it because I don't have any troubles using any other apps
This app doesn't want to update. Keeps having an error message. I was instructed to try installing and reinstalling the app and now I can't even reinstall the app. I have lots of crypto in this app that I'm not able to access from anywhere else.
I apologize for the bad review before. I did not realize your program comes with a separate browser that lets people guide you away from your app. Be aware people of anyone wanting you to use the built-in browser to go to another trading site. On its own, OnChain seems to be a fine digital wallet app.
It us 8/5/25 around 3:00am. at 2:50am i was in the process of swapping crypto during crucial peek profits range, the app stop being responsive immediately, after closing and reopening still unresponsive. went to app store to document it and it needed update. I updated it still not responsive, this is costing me 1000s of dollars. I am not going leg this slide
It a nightmare! the app doesn't know my passcode! Said it was wrong when it was right, then vice versa!! And now it can't find the wallet because it is backed up on One Drive MS cloud and not iCloud or google cloud!! And I don't want to use the phrase because I just know the app will have that wrong too!! I've been at this for 2 days!! my god!!
Unstaked some crypto and it vanished. Be cautious of this app. Support don't want to help and try and fob you off. Edit: still no help and they say there is nothing that they can do. There is a bug in their app and they don't want to do anything about it. edit: Had various chats with support and they still said that they can't do anything. The reply to this comment is just for show and they don't want to provide any help.
This app is totally fraud. I have usdt in wallet they told me I have been chosen in air drop programme. I told them I am not interested in reward program and I don't have funds to compete it they told me I have no option. I didn't agree on anything. Now they are saying my funds are permanently frozen and pledged. How they can do without my consent. Their customer service is not working and they are saying to use telegram and I believe that is fake because now they are answering on telegram als
WARNING!!!! Dont use this wallet. I have ETH and I am trying to get them to transfer to my other wallet. First they told me that I needed to pay nearly $5700 for them to do it. So I paid that and then they said it wasn't enough and then asked me to pay them almost $2500 more. So all together I paid almost $8100 and all they sent me was $200 of my money. And now asking for almost $10,000 to transfer the money. What a scam!!!! Don't put ur crypto in this wallet because you will never get ur money!
would give negative stars, first they say $10 fee, it is a lie and a $400 purchase and recieved $332 in coin, fees include a card fee but there is no other way to pay, the coin #s are worked so that you always buy high and sell low it seems that this app is something @FBI needs to look into. customer service is nonexistant and I've had a # of issues looking for something better
Dont get your funds trapped in this app. With all the codes and 30 second time limit, I can't access my funds. It sends me in circles back and forth getting the authenticator code, then doesn't recognize it. Spent endless hours trying connect to Crypto. I clai ms it's connected but there's no option to use this app with Crypto app. My funds are held hostage. I kept buying Cro and Etherium to pay network fees, it claims not enough network fees. Most frustrating app I ever used. Minus 5 stars
