it keeps freezing every time I try to restart it I tried every which way possible to get into use this but it would definitely work out if you can get those little minor books and fix it because I don't have any troubles using any other apps

This app doesn't want to update. Keeps having an error message. I was instructed to try installing and reinstalling the app and now I can't even reinstall the app. I have lots of crypto in this app that I'm not able to access from anywhere else.

I apologize for the bad review before. I did not realize your program comes with a separate browser that lets people guide you away from your app. Be aware people of anyone wanting you to use the built-in browser to go to another trading site. On its own, OnChain seems to be a fine digital wallet app.

It us 8/5/25 around 3:00am. at 2:50am i was in the process of swapping crypto during crucial peek profits range, the app stop being responsive immediately, after closing and reopening still unresponsive. went to app store to document it and it needed update. I updated it still not responsive, this is costing me 1000s of dollars. I am not going leg this slide

It a nightmare! the app doesn't know my passcode! Said it was wrong when it was right, then vice versa!! And now it can't find the wallet because it is backed up on One Drive MS cloud and not iCloud or google cloud!! And I don't want to use the phrase because I just know the app will have that wrong too!! I've been at this for 2 days!! my god!!

Unstaked some crypto and it vanished. Be cautious of this app. Support don't want to help and try and fob you off. Edit: still no help and they say there is nothing that they can do. There is a bug in their app and they don't want to do anything about it. edit: Had various chats with support and they still said that they can't do anything. The reply to this comment is just for show and they don't want to provide any help.

This app is totally fraud. I have usdt in wallet they told me I have been chosen in air drop programme. I told them I am not interested in reward program and I don't have funds to compete it they told me I have no option. I didn't agree on anything. Now they are saying my funds are permanently frozen and pledged. How they can do without my consent. Their customer service is not working and they are saying to use telegram and I believe that is fake because now they are answering on telegram als

WARNING!!!! Dont use this wallet. I have ETH and I am trying to get them to transfer to my other wallet. First they told me that I needed to pay nearly $5700 for them to do it. So I paid that and then they said it wasn't enough and then asked me to pay them almost $2500 more. So all together I paid almost $8100 and all they sent me was $200 of my money. And now asking for almost $10,000 to transfer the money. What a scam!!!! Don't put ur crypto in this wallet because you will never get ur money!

would give negative stars, first they say $10 fee, it is a lie and a $400 purchase and recieved $332 in coin, fees include a card fee but there is no other way to pay, the coin #s are worked so that you always buy high and sell low it seems that this app is something @FBI needs to look into. customer service is nonexistant and I've had a # of issues looking for something better

Dont get your funds trapped in this app. With all the codes and 30 second time limit, I can't access my funds. It sends me in circles back and forth getting the authenticator code, then doesn't recognize it. Spent endless hours trying connect to Crypto. I clai ms it's connected but there's no option to use this app with Crypto app. My funds are held hostage. I kept buying Cro and Etherium to pay network fees, it claims not enough network fees. Most frustrating app I ever used. Minus 5 stars

Horrible experience as usual and pay higher fees than any other platform and they won't take any responsibility for their sub parr products. I would avoid them at all costs. Seriously $5 to purchase and $5 to sell, that is if you can. They also set limits so you can't sell unless it's $300+ so they can charge extra. I am turning all my findings over to the sec and any other way to make sure they don't get away with unlawful acts like they have been. Rampant gouging and pilfering. Worst platform

Horrible app. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. It is extremely difficult to navigate. I bought $40.00 USD converted to BTC. I went to a site that many of my friends have used, so I know it's trusted, to purchase a service. The money disappeared. There is no contact us feature or customer service option to try and figure out where my money went to. I still have no clue where or even how to look. I will from the top of social media everest about how bad this app/service is.

Terrible. I put in a buy order and it was completed in 2 hours. Longer than expected but it wasn't the worst thing that happened for this transaction. Once the order was completed, I checked to see my wallet balance, and none of the tokens were there. I emailed them and it is taking them days to respond back. It has been 4 days and there is nothing in my wallet and I have gotten no help. I am missing out on opportunities day by day. After this is resolved, I am immediately transferring my assets

I type this with all due respect but I think this is the worst UI of any wallet I've downloaded. Went to leg in after a few years of not using it, they sent me a confirmation email, then a text to verify, then had me enter a pin. I couldn't see the numbers to click because of a banner they had blocking it. Had to eventually click back on my phone then got locked out for 4 hours. The overcomplicated repetitive security features is why I originally deleted this a couple years ago.

It's difficult to transfer money anywhere when you have to have email codes, text codes, f2a authentication codes and get it all done within 30 seconds or the transaction fails and you have to start over. I suppose for security reasons it's good that they make it so difficult but damn, I'm transferring money to myself to and from wallets I use frequently. I wish there was a faster way to do this sometimes. It's also BS that I can't trade one coin for another within my own wallet without fees!

Besides being fast and cleanly designed, this app is a nightmare. I test out all the major crypto wallets/apps and I sent $20 worth of an asset in just to explore and see how hard it is to get back out. It's hard. The minimums are high, the gas fees heavy, and everything demands you enter deeper and deeper into their system and provide more and more info/payments/assets. It's an asset trap. Easy to send in, impossible to get out. Would cost more than $20 to remove. Booo!

They charge a fee to transfer from their app to their wallet... What?!? Yup, that's right. You'd think there wouldn't be one, but there is, and they don't tell you about it at all until you try it. Just make this wallet app to where to can buy too. That way you can stake easier. This is not easier at all. It's a nonsense hassle to make money off people

I had this wallet for several years now, and I had no issue until the other day. I have transferred from the app to the wallet and back a few dozen times now. But yesterday Inwas transferring from the wallet back to the app, and wola..instead of going to the app..it went into the blockchain and lost all of my coins. They say its my fault, I say it's a glitch because the transfers are easy and simple. So be weary and careful.

I'm using this wallet for years. However, since around two weeks, the app has been very slow. Transactions take long and often fail that you have to re-do and pay again. And the fees aren't cheap. I don't mind paying higher fees if the app works properly. For 3 days, I have had difficulties collecting awards. Is it only me who is facing these issues? If so, please advise what to do. Thanks.

If I can give this a no star, I would. I went to cash out a large amount to my bank account which they said would take 1-2 hours. It has now been a week and I have yet to see the money to my account. I contacted them multiple times and they keep saying its because of the international transfer being delayed and they don't know when they will receive it. That if I pay an additional $800 they can expedite it. WHAT?!?! What a scam. Reaching Customer Support was a joke too.
