it keeps freezing every time I try to restart it I tried every which way possible to get into use this but it would definitely work out if you can get those little minor books and fix it because I don’t have any troubles using any other apps

This app doesn’t want to update. Keeps having an error message. I was instructed to try installing and reinstalling the app and now I can’t even reinstall the app. I have lots of crypto in this app that I’m not able to access from anywhere else.
