I’ve been using Cryptocurrency Alerting for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you set customizable alerts on all sorts of crypto metrics – like prices, exchange listings, wallet transactions, and more. Pretty solid if you’re into following the crypto markets.
There’s a ton of stuff you can track. You can get alerts on the price of Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any of over 20,000 other coins across 30+ exchanges. And it’ll also notify you about new listings, trading volume spikes, and on-chain activity like the Bitcoin mempool size. Plus, you can monitor traditional stocks and ETFs too.
Look, if you’re into crypto and want to stay on top of the markets, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first – but overall it does the job well. Worth checking out if you want to get alerts without having to constantly check prices yourself.

So here's my take on Cryptocurrency Alerting. I've tested a bunch of crypto tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The amount of stuff you can monitor is impressive - way more than your typical price alert app. I like how you can customize the alerts to your specific interests. Saves me from having to constantly refresh prices and news.
That said, the app does have a bit of a learning curve. Took me a while to figure out how to set everything up exactly how I wanted. And the UI, while functional, isn't the most intuitive. But once you get it dialed in, it works really well. Definitely more robust than the free alert apps I've used before.

- UI is a little cluttered and not the most intuitive to set up
- Can be overwhelming with all the different alerts and metrics to configure
- Occasional bugs or connectivity issues, though they get fixed fairly quickly
- Have to pay a subscription to unlock some of the more advanced features
