update after 24+ hours of your reply - NOTHING HAPPENS - withdrawal is still pending from around 30 days withdrawals are not working I have made withdrawals around 25 days ago but still I didn't get anything. no proper response from customer care. I have also cancelled the auto renewal of this app. i have reported this issue more than 5 times but no proper response from your side everytime you say please wait technical issue. crypto tab user id - 46157128

Withdraw problems been more then a a month content support, nobody writes back. I stopped paying for app for those reasons today is the 7 of February still can't cash out and no response from the email I send to support .today is September 1st. Haven't still collected my bitcoin they said they resolve the problem.

I rated it 4 star because there's for the mamagement to review and simplify their packages furthermore, thereby giving access to the layman with at leat $5 to afford a package and mine BTC and other crypto assets. Mass adoption of cryptocurrency is the main goal. Please give it a careful consideration. Overall, the app works perfectly, the interface is good and it's simple to use.

After sending the ticket ID.CBV-2048 i have not seen any resolution on my continuous delayed payment since January 28 2025 , complete my withdrawal request. If truly submitted is there any follow up to ensure my transaction is completed because they are still wasting time and delaying my withdrawal request. They have always been investigating a single withdrawal request since January. This is so irritating to investigate the issue further.

I have invested about $50 and let it collect some BTC for a few months, thank God I tried to withdraw my BTC before I invested more into this app because my withdraw has been pending for weeks now, DO NOT INVEST IN THIS APP, at this point I believe it is a SCAM!!! I emailed support and all they had to say is that it takes time, be patient, still no withdrawal 9/20/25

Now it's September but still nothings change my withdrawal still in process, just a couple of months and its 1 year of processing. and i already sent a message to CS 3/4 times but i did not get any response. last month i updated the app just thought on the latest update i can now able to can my withdrawal. and change the withdrawal address...what a worst they suggest on App the to use NC Wallet to make withdrawal faster but turn out its the opposite.. and it's almost 1 year of waiting.

Scam. all my withdrawals can not be processed. scam alert.. I tried to withdraw to NC wallet, and only 3 were successful, but the other 4 are still being processed, yet the other ones did not take a day. I stopped subscribing because it expires this month end. if I had been successful in withdrawing it, that could have given me confidence, but only doubts exist because of your scam like tendency. In CT pool, I don't experience all this.

Withdrawal issues. It has been 13 months since I requested my withdrawal. My withdrawal has been "processing" for about 13 months. This use to be a good app and they have always paid out. But like everything in life the chances of corruption when there is money involved is greatly increased. Too bad.

they have made changes that make it so you only have to login once every 24 hours and that's nice and all. however I've been waiting for my last withdrawal for 6 months now keeps saying processing. I've submitted 2 tickets to support 2 months apart from each other and no response.
