I have played this for at least a couple of months and always received the money requested, however over the past 3 weeks I have not received any of them... I have left messages at least 3 once per week... but still nothing, and no response. thank you to company... I do not have a ticket number as I never received a response I have no ticket number

I have placed a withdrawal request. Even after a period of 1 month. the request is under process and not processed. why the withdrawal taking so much time. It appears as there is some thing suspicious. Either process my request or cancel it. I tried to report the issue through support but in vain. the support team never responded even after repeated requests. worst support. my money got struck. Don't trust cryptotab browsers. my withdrawal requests are still under process today on 23/09/2025

Not happy. I contacted support team more than enough to ask why my pay request is delay. Now it's already more than a year and my 3 pay out requests are still NOT CREDITED I've spent a lot of money for boosting the mining. You get the cash for mining boost from the users fast but slow on crediting the pay requests.

Hi, team my withdrawals pending are not showing and I'm not able to try fresh withdrawal request my balance is showing zero also I have requested withdrawals more than a month ago. now it is not showing any processing. chould you please check. there is no withdrawal history showing there are 3 withdrawals were showing processing which is also not showing. now again I activated base plan. kindly check and update I have raised issue in application also but you guys never respond.

They are just thieves, at first they paid to bring people and give them confidence to invest... but after a while they stole people's money and there are no withdrawals... and now they are claiming that there is a lot of pressure and we must wait... and they are demanding a ticket id and the strange thing is that there is no way to contact them, even though we had contacted them before but to no avail, for example I withdrew successfully before, but recently I requested a withdrawal a long time

Withdrawals have stalled for several months on all of my CrytoTab subscriptions. I have 10 that show as processing and have been for the last 4 months. Can't get through to support even though I have submitted for help a bunch of times. Seems like a scam at this point. 3 weeks later and still no resolution. Don't waste your money. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!! Support didn't help resolve the issue just sent a standard email saying that there working on it....

It have been more than one month that my withdrawal still on processing. Yet i already sent the 2 complains to customer service, but still no responding. Just simply check on my account number, please. 31449967. the withdrawal still on processing and i'm waiting since January 2025 when transaction occurs. its been 8 months, and the transactions never completed. scammer app, my problem never solve since i cant withdraw my coin. waste of my 3 years subscription.

I will update review if I ever figure out how to add multiple devices for mining. Mines the same on amount on 1 device as it does on 4 devices. Can you help with adding more devices. I got the 2x bonus and would add more if I can add more phones. Other than this issue I think it's a good browser and like mining in the background. Thanks

Ive used this for years never had a problem until my withdrawals stopped, in November it will be a year ive been waiting for a withdrawal and ive contacted support multiple times and it just doesn't seem to get sorted, they opened my case said they looked into it and closed the case but nothing was done, they didn't tell me what happened or if my problem was sorted. it's just ridiculous all I want is my withdrawals why is that so hard ? it's just beyond a joke now.

I still can't withdraw. I have placed a withdrawal for more than two months and still under processing. Even when I have contacted the support severally nothing has been done. Please let's know if the cryptotab pro is no more working and stop all subscriptions this is not good enough kindly do something about it.

What is going on with the withdrawals? I've never had a problem in the past but now just recently I haven't been able to withdraw. I'm using the NC wallet and still nothing. When I first got the wallet my transfers went through quicker and they were labeled priority. Now I've been trying to withdraw for a couple months now. My most recent attempt was on the 6th. Attempting to get support has proven to be pointless, only receiving an auto response email that doesn't help at all..

Been using the upgraded version for almost a month. Purchased the Boosts to maxed out 200%. Only thing that sucks so far with my experience: Leaving the browser open so it can keep mining isnt a problem. The fact that the paid boosts can be turned off or on isnt a problem. The fact that once you turn them ON and come back later to find they automatically turned back OFF without my input however IS A PROBLEM! Now if you close it I can understand it. If it's open and being used, NOT COOL!😒🤷‍♀️

I paid for the pro version and it was working fine. I bought it for the 3 hours interval instead of 2 and the little higher hash rate. The app gets more and more crippled first the sliders and then obligated VPN Pro, now it is obligated to have a plan or use the lite version, that is not what I paid for. All the different versions now it don't make sense. You can't sell an app and change the rules all the time, that is scamming. I want what I paid for the 3 hours interval and 1500H/s.

It does pay so that's a good thing. But, mine has been running for 2 months straight and it's only mined a little over 2 bucks in btc. And I even purchased a 3 month plan and running 2x speed and after noticing the speed, and from my given calculations, I will not earn back what I spent on my plan. Not a bad app but just don't expect anything from it and don't waste your money on the plans, it's so slow.

Update 9/8 back up to running 700 H/s without having to pay extra. Respect. If it stays that way I'll be happy to give you 5 stars. I paid for the pro version several months ago. Didn't mind having to activate every few hours. Now though it wants me pay to activate my booster at all? What was the point of paying for pro in the first place only to be charged more to get if im lucky 15 or 20 sat a day. Forget it. Very disappointed.

Back in April and early May, I requested 2 withdrawals. So for 5 months, nothing. This was after 3 months of mining boosts. In September, I canceled the 2 withdrawal requests. I started a new request with the two combined amounts. Still nothing. It looks like Cryptotab has decided not to pay it customers anymore. So, has this become a scam, like so many of the other services?

App is legit, I've cashed out 5 times within a month now. I do wish the boost cost was a lot lower but as for the app it is legit. Would recommend downloading it. I also wish that it was not needed to keep turning it on every 3 hours. What is the purpose of that, why can't I just turn it on and let it go till I turn it off like the PC browser one.

Just purchased the pro version and why it has 3 hours interval? I will keep review at 1 star. I don't think pro version is worth paying. They mentioned it will run in the background. I left it for 8 hours running in the background and it barely moved. It made .003 cents. I would stick to the not pro version. The only thing you get on the pro version is 1 hour extra of boost which you have to manually enable every 3 hours. This is what I discovered.

For starters purchasing boosts is not profitable for the user unless your purchasing for the year, that being said if you purchase the boost you better be dedicated to pressing the button every 3 hours. If you purchase for one month or so do the math, even if you were on top of it every 3 hours you would still fall short at the end of the 30th day. A "PRO" feature should have no time limit to have the user return every 3 hours, especially if they funded the app, and or purchased boosts.

I initiated a withdrawal ages ago and it was never executed. Then they logged me out and told me I'd have to pay for the new subscription model even though I outright bought the app long before it was a subbed service, so they effectively used this as way to avoid paying me my earnings. Leading up to this, every time I went to solve the puzzle to start mining more the app just crashed and restarted. Waste of time and money, essentially just turned into a scam.
